Thai Nongkhai Restaurant
Friendly staff and generous portion of meat in the curry. Ordered thai brown curry and Thai yellow curry. The brown curry is like a massaman curry and was very tasty.

Thai Nongkhai Restaurant
Great Thai food in Calgary. We heard a few items were tasty but everything we tried we all really liked. Some, of course, more so than others.I enjoyed the basil fried rice and the green curry most especially.Our waiter, John, was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations to try when we were on the fence.I might not be back because I was only visiting Calgary, but all my local friends and family will certainly be back for more!

I’ve been here a couple times, for both regular visits and a private event. Every time, the food is wonderful. Everything is fragrant and full of flavour. Green curry with coconut rice is my favourite.The staff are so friendly and always have great recommendations!Definitely going to continue coming here.

Authentic Thai cuisine, very polite and attentive servers. Recommended dishes include their Beef pad see-ew and the Pla Sa Moon Prai (white fish in house special sauce). That house special sauce is so yummy!

Some of the best Thai in Clagary. Wow the waitress was so nice and super funny. Just fun person to be around. The appetizers were great, dumplings and salad rolls were so good I couldn’t even take a photo before they we gone.Thé entres were severed in a timely fashion after the appetizers and were delicious. Portion sizes were generous, vegetables used were fresh and tasty.Overall this is one of our go to places in the city and I’m sure we will be back soon enough.

Food ok but not worth the price paid. I ordered the cashew chicken lunch and coconut rice. Came out 18.00 and the portion was very small. I left still very hungry. Taste was the same you find with most Thai restaurants, nothing really stands out but I wouldn't return due to quantity vs price. I gave it low rating because I just couldn't justify the cost for what you get.

Nice atmosphere, service was great but I've better Thai food. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer, which were good but pretty average. Green curry dish was the best out of our 3 choices. The basil stir fry was too salty and the Pad Thai was okay, probably my second favorite out of the 3 but still a little on the salty side for my taste.I was disappointed that they only had one house red and one house white wine available by the glass, all other options were bottle only. Chairs for the table were awkwardly large with a seat too deep forcing you to lean forward to reach the table.

Service was good. We were the only ones there. Food was meh. The papaya salad was good, everything else no. Pad Thai bland. Crying tiger was not spicy at all. Portions were small. Not worth it. Will not be back.

Thai Nongkhai Restaurant
This is HANDS down my favorite restaurant in Calgary. Unfortunately I have to give them 3 stars because their own personal delivery service is unreasonably expensive and the only delivery service they are on is skip the dishes, which is BY FAR the most expensive and unreliable service. As someone who has easily spent over $1000 at this restaurant in the last 5 years its just disappointing.
