This dollarama is the best one I have ever been to. I needed some help to find an unusual light bulb for an old lamp. Lucky for me there was one of the employees nearby, Angela" and she was so helpful !! She found the right bulb for me right away! She was actually going for her break and she still took the time to help me! Great store! excellent employee! Thanks!"

This store is always clean and organized when I visit, and the employees are friendly and helpful.I'm giving it a 2-star rating because I don't like the fact that self-checkout is the main method of cashing out.Self-checkout machines should be provided to alleviate the stress of long lines on cashiers, not to replace them completely.Ask the cashier on duty to cash you out; they're more than willing!" you say? I could never do that to the only cashier when so many of the other customers are already grumpy and need assistance using the machines.I was a cashier

I usually shop Dollarama for those simple things that I don't want to overpay on. I believe in being practical and pragmatic about shopping for economy items. There's ample parking around there and it's also a wheelchair parking accessible. The store itself is wheelchair accessible and they are following covid-19 guidelines. The store is very clean. The staff there are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't like how narrow the aisles are as they cramming way too much in this location. Cannot walk down the aisle with shopping carts or make turns without running someone over.Has decent inventory. In recent months, everything at Dollarama is more pricey with lesser quality and quantity.Usually only 1 person working cash register. They are totally pushing for people to use the self checkouts.Most time cannot find staff to ask for assistance.

This place is a joke. There's never anybody to help you, never anybody to cash you out. And when there is somebody to cash you out, they don't know how to use the register when they screw up. Then when they call for help you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to get help.
