The Surrey Police Dept. is criminally incompetent, I have a new neighbor from Ecuador who has had parties lasting all night long, I have complained to the city as well placing calls to the Surrey Police Dept. but they never showed up, this year the same thing occurred and I video recorded it (over tens hours of it) have also recorded other incidents that I will use to sue the city and the RCMP for negligence and dereliction of their duties.

Total incompetence in it's reporting to me. I asked for particulars in police file Sept 19th and still have not received a response. I have received two registered letters from the rcmp saying the file was ongoing. This is just so much runaround. They are not straight up and seem to be in hiding. Nothing from the complaints commission.

Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP
Everyone should follow the same law. I want to campaign against the RCMP using cell phones/electronic devices while driving. Why is distracted driving allowed for the RCMP? Currently, different laws are applied to different people. It is unconstitutional.
