This little gem is awesome! Staff is very courteous and make a mean sub! Wife and I ordered the Sweet Onion Teryaki and a cold cut combo and it was delicious!!

I have been to this place 4-5 times now. Every time there is one person who doesn't make the sandwich as I like. He will under fill everything as I am getting my sandwich for free. Given them enough chances now. There are lot of good subway in the city. Don't go to this one. Don't know why they do that. I am paying for the sandwich.Never going back there.

The new crispy chicken 12 inch sub was disappointing with 3 -2 inch pieces of chicken on it. Do the math... Half the sub was meatless. The taste of the chicken was also bland. This was a horrible sandwich.

Staff was nice and polite, but was really stingy with vegetables I had to ask twice for more lettuce and still only got the average amount from other locations. Owner needs to get their act together, no onions in stock? Wilted older looking lettuce? C’mon Subway!

Had delicious subs for lunch with my kids made by a very nice gentleman. When I came in he was busy taking out the fresh bread that smelled so good and was making an order for skip the dishes but I wasn't in a rush. I admired how hard he was working to accommodate all of his customers as he was handling the pre-lunch rush like a champ! And it was worth the few minutes of waiting because he always makes the best subs. Very tasty, chewy and fresh cookies too!!!

No dressing - buddy kept TAKING OUT toppings that he was putting on and when my dad said excuse me why are you taking stuff out it isn't even full to the top he said that's what we are told to do". Every subway has gone down hill - there are 3 single cucumbers on this salad!! What a joke. No dressing either despite asking for it

I recently ordered 2 large platter trays and cookies from this location and was very satisfied with the experience. Everything was ready when requested and the subs were fresh and put together with care. Thank you very much.

Tried the new crispy chicken, it should be called the soggy and hard chicken. The texture was so discusting I couldn't even eat the sandwich. I won't be spending my money here anymore unless they learn from firehouse subs who are getting my business from now on.

Placed a brief order over the phone as per employer's request because we were confirming the closing time for this location. Trusted the services and picked up our food after paying. And thanked the guy so many times for making it ready to go for us. Once got home, cannot believe what we picked. It was just the bread with little bit lettuce and sauce as you can see in pictures attached. They didnt even bother about putting all toppings and sauces as per our order. And the salad we ordered was just half empty container. He didnt even give us the receipt and not even asked for. They should be ashamed of what they are serving as to what we are expecting and paying. Worst experience ever had from this location. Would never go back or refer someone.

Ordered a sub from their location great Canadian club pay $30 for it with delivery got it it just had a few pieces of meat and cheese. called them they won't fix it they said I didn't order it from there when I can show them my receipt and then told me nope sorry you're SoL. Never order or go to that restaurant as they obviously do not care about customer service and all they care about is their bottom line.
