Can get very busy for what appears to be just two employees dealing with a wide variety of technical services. Staff, were very welcoming, acknowledged customers upon entry, advised if there would be a wait and triaged simple question requests while assisting others. As they say, good help is hard to find and this dealership ought to be proud of how the staff are doing their jobs. If the store is busy, it can be a lengthy process so be prepared to potentially wait!

Natasha was super patient while dealing with what i could only imagine was a frustrating situation, regardless of being put on hold over and over again while trying to help me resolve my internet she was as sweet as could be and even able to accommodate other customers while helping me throughout our lengthy experience together on hold. I came in a half hour before closing with an inoperable phone that had just gotten smashed. Natasha was amazing, and able to assist me very quickly purchase a new phone, switch over all my info and was incredibly sweet, helpful and courteous when I was having a very stressful day. Her team was additionally also very personable, supportive and pleasant. This helped an unbelievably hectic day end on a much more positive note for me, thank you so much!

Had issues with my bill with Telus so instead of wait on the phone, I went to the Tom Harris store in the Powell River Town Centre mall and asked the young man for assistance . He was very friendly and listened to my issue. He called Telus and wow got a discount on my bill, it was a mistake so he was able to explain it all. The young man was very good with customer service. He went above and beyond for me and I was impressed. Thank you
