May-Van Family Medical Centre

I recently visited the MayVan family clinic and was very pleased with my experience. The service I received was excellent - the staff was friendly and professional, and I felt well taken care of. The wait time was reasonable, and I didn't feel like I was sitting around waiting for too long.Dr. Ihsan Waraich demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise, and I felt very confident in his ability to diagnose and treat my medical condition. Dr. Waraich is courteous and respectful in his interactions & took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, I didn't feel rushed at all.One thing that stood out to me was how clean the clinic was. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which gave me confidence that the staff was taking all necessary precautions to keep patients safe and healthy.The location of the clinic is also ideal - it's easy to find, and there is ample parking available, which made my visit hassle-free.Overall, I would definitely recommend the MayVan family clinic to anyone in need of medical care. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service, and the clinic itself was clean, conveniently located, and had plenty of parking.

Dr Saira Hussiani is my family doctor. She is very caring , professional , helpful and have clear communication. Staff at the reception is very polite and courteous .Would highly recommend my family and friends.

Dr. Husaini and the staff in this clinic are excellent and offer amazing care to everyone. The amount of ownership they display towards their patients is refreshing to see. I am impressed and thankful for the support they continue to provide.

I visited the walk-in clinic today and I have to admit it was one of the smoothest experiences I have had in a while. The check-in process by Syed was straightforward and the wait time was also very considerate for a walk in. All in all I recommend to visit. Also Dr. Hussaini was very attentive to all my questions and comments. Great job!

My family doctor is Dr. Hussaina. Amazing doctor and so helpful staff as i was unaware that we need to update the prescription after three months. My medicine was finished, i visited clinic to get medicine and informed me about the process. I spoke to staff without appointment. They understand my problem and help me out.

Dr. Hussaini and her staff deliver exceptional service and go above and beyond for their patients. I needed to complete health forms urgently. As a team, they ensured to complete them for me thoroughly and stayed open past their opening just to help me. I appreciate them so much!

Dr. Saira hussaini is very experienced courteous, polite and has a very positive aura. She has been my family doctor for a while and has always addressed all our concerns. The front desk staff is also doing their best job, if you are going as a walk-in patient there definitely is a long wait but they can’t control it as it is first come first serve basis.

Staff is very unprofessional, they dont know how to talk with patients. They call me to come on saturday when i visit their they start arguing there was one man on front dest with zero sence to talk with patients.first they dont respond patients test results, i am pregnant its my 21 week already. I need refference of doctor but they dont show any responsibility. Doctor saira hussaini is very good but sorry to say doctor please work on your staff.

I have been there patient from long, Dr. Warraich himself is good but the administration staff is not at all professional, during my pregnancy I went through few blood work and after discussing my blood work report with my doctor on virtual appointment I requested for my report on email to which doctor said she will ask the admin staff to do so and after waited for few days I walk in the clinic to get my report and the manager started asking to send them pay to do so. I have never heard of any clinic asking this so after requesting the reason the manager replied ‘because the clinic will use its PAPER to share the report therefore they need us to pay’. My intention was the Ontario health is already paying the clinics to give their services which people are covered under Ohip but the manager refused to provide services. This is unacceptable, doctors should follow up on this as their work is towards a good cause for humanity to which they are getting paid by government. The managers like this have no value towards humanity and the associated line they are working towards. People who walk in are patients, there is a health related cause that why they genuinely seeing doctor (not a pass time activity) people are already going through some issues who are away from their families but still managing themselves in this tough situations and over this these managers have created a business.

Terrible experience, the staff was extremely rude, my appointment was booked and I was told if I don’t show up on time I’ll get charged, yet estimated time was 2-3 hours when I arrived on time.
