I love being able to get my kitty fix in and have a nice hot beverage while I do so. I’ve been here twice and both times the staff were welcoming and totally open to our group’s questions about the cats.

This review is in regards to Excalipurr's cat cakes. The ordering process was easy, they helped me determine the right size, everything was ready on time and the cake was affordable. It was also delicious! We couldn't eat it for multiple days after purchase due to illness. By the time we had my mother in law's celebration I was worried, but it stayed fresh in the fridge and tasted really good!!A seriously goofy, icing loaded cake that is absolutely purrfect. Everyone loved it. I'd be really excited to check out other styles if they have them or create some kind of menu for these special orders. My only suggestion is that I wish the flavour options including for filling were listed online. This way I could have done more consideration in advance and felt more prepared for the call. It all worked out though and was a positive experience -- thank you very much.Recommended!

I have been to the cat cafe for many times. And recently, I bought my friends and family too. I believe this is a great place to relax your heart and soul. the cats are very gentle and the hot chocolate is amazing. I really enjoy the time I spend there and I would highly recommend people to come here.

Really nice coffee shop! There’s a back room where you can play with the cats, it’s very clean and the cats are friendly. Make sure to check online for the opening hours and to book time to play with the cat. It’s $5 per person per hour (and if you came after a round time you will still pay $5 for less time- for example: we can at 12:30 pm pay the same amount and had to leave at 1:00 pm). So make sure you come on a round hour or pay for less…or make sure to book your time ahead:)Staff were friendly.

Debated giving 1 star. For a locally run business, who rely’s on the community I think they would have a better attitude towards the customer. I have had 3 separate interactions with the staff and all negative.1) I donated approx $300 worth of food, toys, collars, bowls and blankets. Almost all new. Not ONE thank you. They almost didn’t even seem to care, even though they had a call out for donations at the time. I asked if I could just pop in to look at the cats to see how happy they are. She refused and said I’d have to pay.. to literally look for 1 minute… left a bad taste in my mouth.2) went with my husband and our baby. Because I was holding my daughter and didn’t have her in a carrier they insisted I pay full price for a literal baby. So hot tip, bring a carrier for you babe.3) the sign in counter, beverage system is ran poor. You try to sign in and at the same time if you wish order a drink but there is only one girl doing both so it takes a long time. There was another girl there but she was just visiting and talking with her friends. They offered to bring our drink into the cat room which was nice. But what I didn’t realize is everyone else order drinks as well and we had to wait for her to make all the drinks before she brought ours. Which led to a lengthy wait.4) They talk about the cleanliness of the cat room I need in 15 minutes for each booking to clean. They may be came in and put away toys for about a minute and a half the room desperately needed sweeping, but they are more concerned with just putting away the toys and there are minimal ones of those. Their water dishes desperately needed cleaning.The overall impression I get is the staff is very unfriendly and not at all inviting for a business which rely solely on the generosity of others to help them survive and help the cats.

I didn't order anything, but I stopped in here to ask for directions, & because I like kitties. I love the concept of a cat cafe. The cashier girl was pleasant & helpful, & the shop had a warm atmosphere. It's unfortunate that social disorder in this neighbourhood doesn't appear to be much under control.

I came to visit this place because my sister suggested it. I didn't believe her when she said there was a Cat Cafe in Regina. So I bought a soda and watched the twenty cats they had within.

My daughter came all the way from Kentucky because she made me promise to take her to a cat cafe. Excalipurr was an excellent choice. Friendly staff, good food and beautiful kitties, we were not disappointed! ❤
