Looking at having our backyard covered in artificial turf. Marlowe and Dave (?) came out as scheduled to measure the space and prepare an estimates for the two types of turf we chose. Very reasonable pricing. Also looked on their web site and saw that they installed the new training turf last year in the Focus Fitness facility at Bell MTS Iceplex. If True North Sports + Entertainment trusts the quality of their work and the product they installed to meet the expectations of the Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose players, it must be good.

My wife called and email a few times. They finally responded. Gave us a quote. We accepted..never heard back. We would have liked a response. We are booked for the summer. Can't do it till next year? It was only a $5000. Job.maybe small for them? But I think worth a call back. We are going with someone else.

Late last summer (2020), Marlowe and his crew installed synthetic turf in our backyard. This past spring/summer (2021), we noticed that the edging they put in along the fence was no longer sitting flush with the turf and was separating in some places. It made the job look cheap, rushed and unprofessional. I emailed Marlowe regarding the problem and received no reply. A week later I sent another email, no reply. After another week I called Marlowe directly. I again told him the situation to which he replied that many of his clients were experiencing the same problem but he was too busy" and we would be placed on a list and contacted in a couple of weeks. Four weeks passed and we received no call back. I calling again
