Black River Steam Restoration
On April 21st, I Used Black River Steam Restoration for emergency cleaning! I am absolutely amazed. Joe and his helper were phenomenal and quick! I see a massive difference!! I have used them once in the past and they only got better ❤️ thank you so much to Joe and your crew!!

Black River Steam Restoration
Joe steam cleaned the original carpets in our mobile home and they out looking like brand new. For reference, the carpet is 38 years old. Because we had some heavier furniture, we weren't able to clear out the rooms completely. Joe didn't let that stop him... he just did them in 2 sections and didn't charge us extra. Would highly recommend him!!!

Black River Steam Restoration
Black river steam restoration is the best carpet, tile and upholstery company ever. My husband and I purchased our first home and needed the tile cleaned after we had our house painted. Joe really did awesome job. He really put a lot of hard work into the job and is very thorough. I will definitely be calling again in the spring. Thank you joe.

Joe was so thorough cleaning my carpeting and my love seat. He worked around my schedule and came on a Saturday. His price was very reasonable and he didn't charge extra for coming out on Saturday. I will DEFINITELY hire him again and will highly recommend him to my family and friends!

We recently had the carpets in our home cleaned by Black River Steam Restoration. I cannot recommend them enough for the great job they did, and also the follow-up to ensure our satisfaction. Black River Steam Restoration
We use Black River once or twice a year in my home and they always do a great job. Unfortunately with 6 kids and 2 cats in the house mysterious stains and dirt happen more often than we like. Every time Joe leaves our carpet looks brand new. We couldn't be happier.
