While I was in the store, I clearly overheard an employee counselling an elderly customer to go and see their doctor, and try to get the doctor to write a backdated prescription for a medical device that they had just purchased. Then the employee said if they come back with a backdated prescription, they’d adjust the invoice for the elderly customer’s insurance claim.Not even trying to speak quietly while discussing insurance fraud….. I guess it just becomes commonplace if you do it enough.

I wanted to return what I bought. But they refused. And put husband on hold to an answering machine, after hearing the machine they would talk and then put to another person. The customer service was terrible. As long as you buy they are nice, otherwise they dont care.

Needed some CPAP supplies and Helen provided outstanding customer service today. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. This store always has what we need at good prices. Highly recommend this Wellwise location. Ask for Helen!!

My wife stopped there to buy supplies for my handicapped brother in law and was not afforded a positive shopping experience. So she left. She will not go there in the future.

“Laurie” is rude. Someone different should answer the phone. Called with questions and she initially spoke to me in a derogatory tone as she answered my questions. I will NOT buy my compression stockings here, forget it. Terrible customer service.
