Worst Shopping Experience that I've ever had shopping for Dress Jeans. I already hate Shopping so wanted to pick up at least a dozen pair of Jeans. After finding only 4 pairs without any help, I'm told I have to pay and be out in 10 minutes. At the Cash Register there's no Honoring their $15 Coupon Issued earlier that Day and the Cashier kept it. I decided that I would not purchase; I'd rather drive to Grand Prairie and go to the Mark's store there for late night Christmas Shopping, absolutely never to return to this Mark's Store again. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I went in yesterday to pick up a bit of clothing while I was out on sales calls. One of the staff members helped me in a change room, and then went about his other work. Good, changed, out.Went and tried to find some jeans, and for personal reasons, was struggling with the sizing... Brittany was AMAZING. This girl helped me find some jeans that I felt good in and was extremely helpful. She was kind, thoughtful and relatable. She was unaware of my mental state, but she did help prevent me from having a meltdown in the store.Thank you Brittany.

Mark's is a decent store they usually have the stuff I'm looking for. If you need help, it's often a challenge to get it because the staff tend to stay around the cash register area. That said, staff are always friendly and helpful, even if you have to find them. I've been in this town since Mark's was opened and I don't recall staff asking me if I needed help.The store is always clean and well maintained. Just got a really good deal on some new boots. Don't forget to use your Canadian Tire points card (Triangle Rewards) when you buy something. They have always been really good about returns and exchanges. Overall a good store, even if you don't get much care and attention from staff while you're looking for things.

Just so people are aware, as they do NOT tell you on the website; make sure you have double the amount of your purchase in your account if you use a debit credit card. They take the whole amount immediately and hold it, they bill AGAIN for EACH item SEPERATLY as they ship the items. EVENTUALLY you should get a refund. IE, ordered Nov 27, refund MAY happen Dec 9, no I have not received any of my items yet, as their shipping is at least a week behind the advertised dates.

I was helped by a girl i think her name was Jordan but dhe was uber nice and beyond helpful she had patience and was very knowledgeable about the shoes i needed to buy...I was welcomed and helped far better than ANY store ive been to here. You girl deserve a raise!Or a long break like you and i had the pleasure of havinh while waiting on hold for Rob to call us both bacl about a purchase order i was getting. You are very sweet and kind.

Stopped in to shop for some work gear, clothing, boots and was likely gonna grab some tshirts. Staff was nice enough to great news as I came in and they continued to talk where they were(not working, just standing there around a display with boxes everywhere. I walked around the store for about 10-15minutes, checking certain items and not once was offered help, they just continued taking and doing nothing! It’s no wonder there’s already bad reviews for customer service at this location…..there is a major lack of customer service. Displays were in disarray and the portion of the isles I did walk thru were unorganized and unkept. I’ll drive to Grande Prairie or other before I’d spend money here!! 0.5stars the half is just cause they actually said “hi, how are you?

It's pretty impressive to go anywhere selling shoes and spend half an hour browsing and trying them on without any employee even attempting to offer help. It's okay though, I didn't feel personally snubbed because by the time I left five other people were also being completely ignored while the staff hung around chatting. Selection was adequate.
