Sadly I had to wait over a half year for a tiny project with thin stainless steel to get done.It seemed the only guy who could do my project was never there and I can only assume kept forgetting about my project. After numerous phonecalls it finally is finished and the price was unreasonable. The work was nicely done.

1-2 weeks for a custom made part seems reasonable. I don't think waiting 2 weeks for my $100 or less part is that bad when they do have a business to run. Great work and friendly staff. They have a great selection of metals if you just need to pick up a couple feet for something.

Professional and helpful employees and a good experience. They offer water jetting services inwhich they can create detailed metal engravings and shapes. Very unique and cool!

Unfriendly staff horrible to deal with bad quality products and always slow I’d suggest going anywhere but this place nothing but hard times with them. Had to deal with this guy Garry and he was just a nightmare to even engage with

Terrible service told us to come back in 2 weeks if we needed to bend a piece of metal which would of taken 5 min if that!!!Metal Super market in PortKells went out of there way to help our project through without delays!

You can get almost anything you need in metal here, cut to size, but it is not the most economical, if you require lots. That being said, you can get just what you need and not worry about leftovers.
