The location Is Nice clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite helpful and supportive. They have everything you need from nice seating an area for you kids to play and refreshments. You know the saying time fly's while your having fun, while I was waiting for the finish touches on my vehicle. My Sales Rep Shawn Kept me in luxury From a message chair to video games...etc. He is knowledgeable, informative, kind and Handsome. I only do oil change with Team Honda last 10 years, and today they told me that the oil drain hold is damaged and need to replace the oil pan. and ask them how come. The serviceman told me that is wear and tear of oil change. They think their customer is fool.It is clear that is cause by overtired during oil by Team Honda.And the serviceman quote $950 for the oil pan change. That is not the first time they quote with over price repair, but this time is cause by their work is disappointed me.I was Team Honda customer for more that 10 years and that will be my last time with Team Honda and likely will be last Honda I drive.Update: Thanks for Marc reply that he is blaming me to choice Team Honda for my car services for last 10+ year. The drain hold damage only by oil change, and it was done by Team Honda for last 10+ years. I don't expected they will pay for the fix, just admit they did a mistake and apologies. Read my story carefully, I don't means the last service, it is the services they did before that damage the drain hold.Advise to Team Honda manager, don't treat your customer as ATM.

I just picked up my 2023 Honda CRV hybrid last week and all thanks to Farhan. We were waiting for this moment since we heard of CRV hybrid news from Honda. We called Farhan and he explained everything to us in details and we decided to go forward with it. He supported us and helped us to get the car as soon as he can. Al took the time to get as much information from me to help diagnose the problem and then arranged to have my vehicle repaired with quality parts. Alana went the extra mile to arrange I get the keys I forgot in my vehicle as soon as possible.Al made it clear that the mechanic was happy to stay later to get the job done and my vehicle back to me.Alana gave kudos to the VPs daughter for taking time out of her day to help me.Milton Honda is a winning Team!!!
