Lex was a fantastic agent for both buying and selling! We were looking for an older character property, and he was very knowledgeable in terms of the red flags we should be looking for and also recommended a great historic home inspector. Lex gave us some great tips relevant to this crazy market, and ended up securing us a wonderful property! After finding some flaws following the inspection, Lex was able to negotiate down the purchase price to pay for the repairs. He was also able to sell our home in 5 days for exactly the $ we were looking for. He has great marketing skills and works with a very talented photographer/videographer who really made our house shine.We would recommend Lex to any of our friends and family!

Customer service is very important for us. As a first time homebuyer there are a lot of unknowns even if you have done an extensive amount of research. Lex took the time to sit down with us to help us with our list of criteria, our price range as well our availability (he was extremely flexible and worked around our appointments, work etc.). He went above and beyond in helping us find our first home. He was attentive, always had a positive attitude, had an immense amount of knowledge on various things we had never even considered when looking for certain things in the house, looked into check whether everything was safe, certified and had permits (something that was really important to us as we were growing as a family). He provided us market stats as well as neighborhood stats to help us narrow down our criteria. We enjoyed looking for our house with Lex as he have always been considerate of our criteria, given us other perspectives we may have not known about and was always respectful of our decisions. We looked for houses in the city as well as in the rural areas and his knowledge of the housing market, safety, plumbing, sewage etc. was extensive and extremely helpful especially when it came to drafting offers. Lex is extremely professional, helpful, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and respectful … these qualities really helped us with every offer, transaction and research we did. I am so grateful for his help in assisting us find our first home. Lex has gone above and beyond even after we have settled into our new home to see if we needed help or guidance with anything. Lex didn't have it easy...With us trying to sell in a month to meet the deadline of our purchased home we were under pressure. The constant unpredictability of the market and the constant rise in interest rates gave us a hard time. Lex was there to meet with us, take our calls late at night, and to guide us through this process. Although we didn't sell and had to go the refinancing route to finish off our deal Lex made the process to that point easy and was willing to help us find renters as well. He even spoke to his superiors to see if we could cut deals at the time because of the markets fluctuations.I would highly recommend Lex as a realtor to any prospective buyers or sellers as his experience bridges the gap between what knowledge you think you may have and what he actually can provide. It was a big learning curve and we we glad to have him with us on the journey.
