Mirage VR

Accommodating and friendly staff to kids. One of the important things is if the staff have the patience and kindness to entertain little kids that are excited to try VR and so far they met my expectations. Customer Service were good and play area are spacious.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with two adults (including myself) and one child. Had a great time trying out a few of games (there are a lot), we all agreed the time flew by. A large part of why our visit was so enjoyable was the staff, the two gentlemen working were very friendly, polite and hands-on, helping us to choose games that we'd like and guiding us through the instructions. Would definitely visit again.

My GF took me here for my 38th birthday and we had a blast. It's in the basement where the bowling alley used to be in old Park Royal plaza. It looks a little rough around the edges when you first walk in but don't let that deter you! Friendly helpful staff. Novel experience. And we felt it was affordable with good value!

We had a wonderful time at Mirage VR. The facilities are nice and clean very spacious. There are a lot of games to choose from and we had such a wonderful time for the hour we booked. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and very patient with players who don't understand. Will come again to play some more.

I had my sons 11th birthday party there, and i have to say we never done this before. We had an awesome time. I even got to try it. The staff there was awesome, they we're great with the kids and explaining everything to them. They are really hands on. Nice to talk to,everyone was super nice . The party rooms are a good size.i would go again just for fun. Thank you to the team that host my sons party!!!you guys are great!

Had a wonderful time, was given great service, only lost 1 star because they can only accommodate 5 people so if you want to go in a large group and play all together this isn't the spot for you. I also wish some of the games were a bit longer. When you're just getting the hang of the controls the game is over.

Had my son’s 9th birthday here today and it was great! I didn’t know what to expect, as we had never been, but the atmosphere was great once we walked in and the little extras they had set up like this large wooden Jenga and checkers on the table was a nice added touch the kids enjoyed! The party room was large and ready for us to set up. The male host was AMAZING with the kids who were super excited and not listening to all the instructions lol. Only recommendation would be to offer the free roam for the entire time with another game option, and extend the play time for about half hour, because the gearing up really ate into the time. Fantastic experience overall :)

It was an amazing birthday party! I couldn’t be happier with the choice for our daughter’s bday. Staff was awesome! Everyone was so patient, friendly, and we experienced a high standard costume service.The location of the facility is great and near to everything you might need (including a pizza store that sells delicious pizza). The party room is spacious and clean. Our guests enjoyed it very much, and we will definitely come back for more fun games. We are super happy with our choice.Thanks VR Mirage team!

My party had a great experience here. The games were lots of fun with a wide selection. To Dion and the other staff working Sunday evening, thank you! You really made our visit a memorable one being so helpful, friendly, and patient explaining everything. Can’t wait to be back soon.

It was fun and amazing experience! Dionne and Diatus was very helpful and friendly! Their customer service was above and beyond. My son got hooked on all the games and didn't even want to leave. LOL! We will definitely come back and spread the word to our friends and family. This place deserved a 10 stars!!!!
