Dishwasher stopped working and within 1 day Chad was at my place working to fix it. Chad was upfront and honest and informed me that it would be best to replace the dishwasher with a new one instead of him fixing it as it would be about the same cost. Appreciated Chad's honesty and integrity and the next day he helped me install the new dishwasher.
