I buy the fertilizers from this place. No problems. The guy helped with loading the fertilizer bags into the car. They're 25 kg each. Have enough variety for spring/fall and summer or regular 16-16-16 fertilizer good for lawn or garden beds.

Order twice the amount of material you need. According to MGS you get 5 wheel barrows per yard, unlike the 7-9 I usually get with other suppliers. A job that has taken 5 yards for the last 4 years took 7 yards of MGS mulch plus will need an extra truckload to finish. I got maybe 5 wheelbarrows per “yard”. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Only one downside. Great prices if you're looking to do some yard work. Only downside to this place is I would say was my interaction with the guys that work there. Very unpleasant. But I will be using them again hopefully it will be better next time.

I've bought bags of winter salt and sand from here each year. Prices are reasonable for smaller volume bagged products. I'd buy from here again.

Prompt service , great selection as well as prices. They carry Zanders sod, grass seed, soils , gravels, sands and mulches in bulk aswell as bagged . Great selection of sealers, polymeric , cement aswell as other products to finish your project , good selection of Oakville stone aswell. Delivery has always been prompt ... Sometimes same day if not the next ... Would definitely recommend to other contractors

Horrible customer service. The people working there struggle to smile when serving you. They have a hard time looking up from their computer to answer a question. AND They don’t clarify return policies.DONT BUY MORE THAN YOU NEED. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.If you are working on a project. If you run out. Too bad you’ll have to make another trip back to the garden centre and leave your project half complete.Imagine working on a project on a Saturday and not being certain of what you need. So you order more than you need because you can’t wait until Monday to get more and finish your project.Now imagine shopping here. Yeah. I’m stuck with product I don’t need and can’t use anywhere else. Product like SAND.I also bought polymer sand that can be affected by moisture. So it could potentially not be useable if it got wet. However. If it got wet it would turn into a hard block of sand. Which clearly it was not.Anyways. Less learned. Think twice about buying here.Horrible customer service.
