I recently got my lips done by Victoria, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Not only is she very precise, her communication is fantastic, and knows her craft well. She understood what I was looking for, and got an opinion from Kelly to confirm accuracy of colour. This is just my first session with her; she was cautious, with how much work was done, and took the healing process into consideration to determine the precise colour after my second session. She takes her time, which I find comforting, works efficiently, and is very fun to talk to.Looking forward to getting my lash line enhancement done as well by her in the future!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I've tried several services and really look forward to each appointment.For permanent makeup, both Kelly & Stephanie are fantastic at their craft ... extremely gentle, patient and HIGHLY skilled. I've had powder & combo brows, lashline enhancement & lips done, and just this morning had a touch-up with Stephanie.I've also had a facial and chemical peels with Jenna, as well as lash & brow tinting by Mandy, Victoria & Jeni, and ALL of these ladies are exceptionally warm & friendly. (I also need to give a shout out to Christine at the front desk, who always welcomes folks with a smile and does a great job taking care of client needs.)The permanent make-up services are so comfortable, virtually painless due to exceptional numbing, and I have zero fear going in.Despite being a fussy perfectionist (and as someone with aging but also problematic, oily skin requiring frequent touch-ups), I've appreciated the patience & time spent trying different methods, and the attention given to a thorough, collaborative consultation beforehand.This past summer, I referred a friend (who had lost most of her brows due to chemo), and Kelly did an amazing job of achieving a beautiful, natural result. She will continue travelling in from the Sunshine Coast for future touch-ups.Halcyon's prices are reasonable, and they are accommodating in exceptional circumstances. I purchased a facial package last year which included micro needling, basic facials and chemical peels with Jenna Naidu. It was a very professional and positive experience. Jenna is very knowledgeable and her approach with her clients left me feeling nurtured, relaxed and refreshed. I will do another year with Halcyon and Jenna.

Super nice place that looks very clean, all the staff are really friendly and accommodating too. I can’t remember what I got specifically but I know I got acne extraction and some type of chemical peel, my pores are looking a lot tighter and skin is still shinning. Jenna made my whole experience super comfortable and easy.

Worth the wait. !!! I tried to book for an appointment for months but Mandy's calendar is always full. So when Christine, called to inform me that there was an available appointment, I dropped everything and rushed to the clinic to have my brows tinted. Mandy explained the procedure in a very friendly and professional manner. She constantly checked if I was comfortable and if I was okay. I will definitely go back to Halcyon Cosmetic Clinic for other procedures.
