Endless Lengths

This is the worst extensions I have ever had from start to finish. First of all, she works out of her apartment , which would be fine except she cannot control her dog who was jumping on me, biting me, etc. at one point her dog grabbed a bunch of the hair I had purchased and was chewing on it. At no point did Jenay offer to wash that hair or even apologize, she just tried to put it on my head!!! Covered in dog saliva and half chewed! She laughed it off. If you are allergic to animals then be aware she has 2 cats and 1 new puppy who is not at all trained. I found her extremely unprofessional and her prices are outrages given the service and hair quality. Her blending technique is non existent, which she kind of hides in her IG posts bc she curls her freshly done work. In reality when it’s all said and done, the hair does not blend and looks cheap. Her beads are the older kind made of lead, some are rusty, etc. they are not the newer beads which are not metal (not sure the material of the newer beads but she does not use them). Her hair holds a lot of water, so it’s partially synthetic, and takes forever to blow dry and style. Jenay is a nice enough person but she doesn’t really seem to care too much about customer service or customer satisfaction where other hair extension providers seem to go above and beyond for clients. I recommend seeing someone else in the area for nano technique like Paige at bond bar or Nikki and bubbles and Blo if you want a salon. I am surprised Jenay has maintained clients given my experience but at her price point it’s expected. But hey, you get what you pay for!

AMAZING experience. I got hair extensions from Jenay about a month ago, I get compliments almost every day with how good the hair looks. Jenay was super helpful with giving instructions on how to take care of the hair and the maintenance with it too, she was super sweet and so kind!!

Jenay is so great at what she does! She did an amazing job on my extensions, I was so so happy with them! I started seeing Jenay during a period of time where I had been going through the worst with my hair. I had previously had a horrible bleach job (about 6-7 months before) with a hairdresser that I trusted for years, I had lost so much hair and it had thinned so badly and really affected my confidence. Jenay helped restore that confidence by giving me beautiful long hair again and I’m thankful for that! She first made sure my hair was in a condition where it was safe to install the extensions which I really appreciated, her colour matching was spot on and the blending was perfect, I would highly recommend! Always great conversation and plus she is such a sweetheart too!!! Thanks Jenay! :)

AMAZING!! I have been going to Jenay for two years and she is the best. Best quality and best prices. I have never had so many compliments on my hair before or have felt so confident in my life. On top of that Jenay is honestly the sweetest person. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable and at home but I have to say my favourite part about seeing her is her lovely animals. It just makes the experience so wonderful. Highly recommend!

So lucky and blessed to have come across Jenay. Not only does she do a spectacular job with my extensions and maintenance, she pays attention to detail, and if I ever have any concerns she instantly addresses them and makes herself available to any and all adjustments I ask for. The quality of hair she uses is also amazing, it’s been over 6 months with the last set of extensions I bought through her and they’re still smooth and silky.
