1 star because they drove me to my destination. They were late. No contact info hard to reach service. When payment came they overcharged (didn’t deduct deposit when asked for more than what was needed). Booked hot summer day in July, the AC was not working properly it was extremely hot. Driver was friendly though

We rented a Party bus for my daughters Prom June 2021 .. Amazing service, very clean , great communication , they went above and beyond to answer all my questions , arrived on time , picked up the kids and drive them around for their prom , kids were able to connect and okay their own music , Driver was professional fun and took care of the kids Thank you for an amazing experience my daughter and her friends had an amazing time

We rented this limo for prom, and at the low cost of 500$ for a one-way trip, we got what we payed for. The car is old and visibly used, there are rips in the seats and the audio system does not work. The customer service could be better, since I never got any confirmation of payment or anything of that kind. When we put up the separation, the driver used the opportunity to start smoking. In the end, if you want your special day to be perfect, either rent from a different company or prepare yourself for a less than ideal limo experience.

AMAZING experience. I rented the party bus for my cousin’s bachelorette party and everything was absolutely perfect! The next morning, we all agreed on how the party bus was the best part of the night. Thank you so much to the sale person i spoke and texted with and to our driver Dan!
