Edit: I have since used their printing services to order a custom size print and do office prints. Instead of ordering the image by inches the associate instead ordered it in square feet which is not the same dimensions. Since it was a rush order it was cut and matted despite being wrong but I won't purchase again from this locations printing services since both times were not good experiences.I then returned to purchase a label printer from this location and was dismayed to find that despite their own labels being utterly wrong, they don't care about customer retention or honour scanning code of practice. As you can see from the attached video, there isn't even a label UP for the labeller that I wanted to purchase. When I spoke to management (both a assistant and the main manager) about it they came up with a lot of nonsense going so far as to tell me that “they no longer have that model in stock”. So I sent my partner in and he was able to “buy” the label maker immediately. I've reported this location for a Consumer Complaint since I believe the management is scamming it's customers ESPECIALLY woman presenting ones and giving Staples a really bad name in Toronto.There are not that many Staples in downtown Toronto which I find very confusing, plus none of them are very good and this one is true to that. Well I haven’t used the print services at this location I have gone in to make other purchases and found that their stock is rather limited as well as the staff are less knowledgable than other locations I’ve been to. I have done a couple of pick up orders and had no issues though. I would like to see the store be better stocked as it’s one of the only stores in the neighbourhood and it offers a lot of local businesses their office supplies.

Don’t waste your time. Over three visits to this location trying to finalize my business cards. The manager seems clueless and communication between this location and the print lab is inefficient and disappointing. No one seems to know what they are doing. Quality on my first two batches of my requested cards were unrecognizable and unacceptable. I’m currently waiting on a third redo. I will never be requesting their services again

Manager Daniel was a pleasure to work with! He helped me out with the purchase of an office chair that I love! Quick and friendly checkout - couldn’t ask for more.

This is a good store to shop for office supplies, furniture and electronics. The only thing is that they have a small variety of unlock phones (about 4-5) compared to the Best Buy down the street. They have good staff. What I like is that if there is an item they don't have in stock but they have it at another Staples they will get it for you. They will also color printing.

Print shop was such an incredible waste of time, what ended up being same day printing as advertised on their website, turned out to take over a month to receive. This was a combination of the location at Keele and St Clair in Toronto not knowing their own print shop options for double sided gloss, and the print shop doing a terrible job in printing. After speaking to a total of 9 staff members we discovered that no one knew what was available and Staples gave up on continuously trying to fix their mistakes and gave us a refund. If I could rate staples 0 stars I definitely would. The only thing Management and customer support staff could do was apologize over and over again, after the 5th apology and mistake made by staples they told me to send in the same file to redo the print, even though it was the same file that was sent the first time ever on April 1st and the redo was done by their own staff. Me and business partner both had to show the staff how to navigate their own website and the details of our own order as they were trying to say our knowledge was incorrect, even though their own research into Staples mentioned otherwise in the website.

I just wanted to thank Stephanie for her patience and professionalism in processing my print job.I came in unprepared for what I assumed would be “click and print”, but realized transferring a picture from a text and gmail needed a bit more time.Stephanie was more than helpful, but it was her patience with me that I truly appreciated. I’m not very tech savvy and she really made me feel comfortable.Then menus came out excellent through her recommendations of a thicker paper.Thank you once again and will certainly be back for more business promos.

This store is a nightmare if you're trying to use the printing or shipping services. Every online printing order I've done has been delayed regardless of the scope of the order.That whole printing / shipping area is always a disorganized mess. There's always just a group of customers in a blob around the desks, impossible to tell who's in line and who's being helped. None of the employees in the area are proactive in helping people, you can never tell who's free / who's helping someone. Every time I've asked where I should line up and who I should go to it's always a short response like Over there" which does not help in the slightest.I dunno if I've just been unlucky but it's like pulling teeth trying to do even a simple pick up in this store."

I cannot say enough about Alison and the exemplary experience I had! She went the distance climbing ladders to find exactly what I was looking for! She was kind and so incredibly helpful! Alison restored my faith in retail shopping and I will shop at this location always from here on in! Many many thanks!

Ended up wasting 30mins to print 1x page.I'm not happy with the customer service at the printing station today. What should have taken 5mins to complete ended up taking 30mins to basically wait around and tell me what to do (when I said I'm not familiar with the printing services").I waited in line and noticed that there was a huge order worth $600+ - so I waited... Which is fine. After 10mins I was greeted and was addressed on how to use the printer then wait on the side to receive help. I never got that help.20min mark I was then told to do it myself and try it again - to which that wasn't much help and I was not able to print the correct 8.5x14.30min mark

The printing service is really bad. I went there twice and couldn’t get my file printed. First time they said they couldn’t do it because my file was in illustrator (they don’t have illustrator at a printing facility?!) and the second time I rushed after work to make it at 5 before they close (6pm) and they said they can’t print anything one hour before closing (?!) which means they might as well close an hour before. Horrible service. 0 regard for people they just want to do the least as possible and leave.
