Great location, always clean and neat. Just wanted to pop in and add a picture of the open hours. Currently this app says it’s closed 24/7, so I submitted the actual times in just now.

I purchased 3 boxes of mangos from there, by appearance they were fine but, when you start cutting them all I repeat ALL were rotten from the inside. There is no number to call the individual store so I call the customer service line to get a reply back that take the product and receipt to the store of purchase. I do not have those saved only the receipt. Do they expect us to save rotten fruits? I did let the customer service guy know I have pictures of all the rotten mangoes but no use. Lesson: do not purchase bulk boxes from a store that’s not near your residence.

Your store loss protection wrongfully accused my mother of stealing. She was forced to open her bags and show the LPO that she didn’t steal and was super embarrassed about this whole ordeal which was in view of all cash employees (her former colleagues) and customers. When receipts were provided, the loss prevention officer told her she was “free to go.” When this issue was escalated to the franchisee, Shannon, the franchisee defended the loss prevention officer saying “he’s the best of the best”, despite my mother producing receipts to show they made an error which caused her embarrassment.The franchisee nor loss prevention officer made no apologies regarding this egregious conduct. Shannon was extremely rude during the interaction which made this even more disgusting. What kind of customer service does this store provide if they falsely accuse someone of stealing and don’t even apologize after the fact?My mother and I both worked at this store for over 5 years under a previous franchisee and are disgusted at how she was treated during this. Publicly embarrassed and wrongfully accused of stealing and couldn’t even get a simple apology from the store when it was made obvious that she didn’t steal.If this is a sign of how this store is operated under new management of Shannon & Richard, I highly suggest everyone steer clear and shop at Food Basics down the road. At least you won’t be criminally harassed there.

My mother was shopping at this location today. She was stopped by the LPO and accused of stealing. We’ve been shopping at this location for years!! She was humiliated in front of everyone and not even offered an apology by management after they searched her bags.This is so disgusting. Shame on the new owners for allowing this behaviour. Will never shop here again and will make sure others do the same.

Worst customer service. Went and asked one of the staff ‘which aisle is rice?’ This young fellow gave me a wired gesture pointing one direction. I really don’t know how to describe that action. I’m like, is it next aisle?’ He gave me the same gesture without opening his mouth. I assumed it’s next aisle. No manners.

I’ve never had to deal with customer service so I can’t speak to that. I also never buy my meat from here. Their new and improved natural food section is fantastic! Much cheaper than goodness me which is wonderful…especially now. And they’re not Walmart!

I went to this place a lot while visiting my brother in Guelph. Prices are great, every area is stocked and the staff are great, it's a breath of fresh air especially compared to some of the treatment at the grocery stores I've received in Toronto.

Great staff. I witnessed a grumpy old lady making trouble for the manager and cashier due the length of the waiting line. It was around 430 at the busiest time of day. The manager was very respectful and handled the situation well, despite the mean lady threatening to write a bad review" over nothing. It was obvious she just wanted to ruin someone's day

I was unable to carry grocery order out to car after surgery and Shannon kindly arranged to have someone bring them out to me without question. Very kind and professional service :)
