Unprofessional management. I would not trust my child at this facility and that is my honest truth. Please do your own extensive research before enrollment. Our children are the most important people in our lives and you should never have doubts about the character and honesty of the people we trust to take care of them. I am specifically speaking about the management and I cannot speak on any experience with the education workers.

Kindertots educators and management have been amazing to me and my family. They take good care of my son and we are beyond happy that we choose this daycare facility. They are honest and trustworthy and they ensure that my child is in great hand. I’m a parent that does a lot of research as I know handing off your child to complete stranger can be scary. After meeting them and the educators I felt so much more at ease. My son loves it there, and I have another little guy who’s starting there soon and we are beyond excited to have them be there together. I Definitely highly recommend their facility!! Your child will be in good hands!

My daughter started this daycare at 11months old and they really given her what she needed at that time. After few weeks of adaptation, she is eager to go every morning. She really enjoys the time she spends there. They use an app that give us the update of her day, what she eats, when she is asleep... She is doing great activity that develop her fine motor skills, singing. We have an happy little one and so do we.

I was hesitant when offered a virtual tour as the ones I’ve done in the past were quick and didn’t show much. I did a tour with the supervisor (I forget her name) and it was so well done. She was able to give me a start date and I signed up right away as I know centres are full right now. I look forward to my LO starting this summer.

Our daughter started at kindertots three weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I were concerned since she has some food allergies but the wonderful staff and management took the time and consideration to sit down with us and provide her proper accommodations for her food needs. The staff and educators are so warm, friendly and loving. They truly care about the well-being of the children. The environment is safe, clean and provides such a learning and creative outlet for our daughter. As parents we have peace of mind knowing our child is safe and in the best care possible. We highly recommend kindertots.

I started bringing my 10 month old son to this daycare in April to their infant room. My son loves the staff and reaches for them eagerly on arrival, he has built great relationships with the staff and I take comfort in seeing that they treat him with the same love and respect that his own family would. He eats very well as they have such an excellent cook and provides them with healthy, culturally sensitive and delicious meals (it smells amazing in there whenever I drop him off late in the morning) They provide me with updates about his day through an app I can access at anytime, they are very proactive in his development and are always working with me at pick up time to create a plan of care that suits my sons needs best. The owners of this establishment have always been professional, kind and respectful during interaction. I would recommend this daycare to my family and friends :).

My son started when he was 1.5 years , from that to what he is now is all because of the Educators and management of Kindertots . He was finding it difficult in the beginning to talk and they helped him over come that . His eating habits improved because of Miss T , his daily routine changed and how he socialize with others got improved because of Miss Susan . Its an amazing place for kids and the app is a extra perk to know what is happening to the kids and what they ate and how much they ate . Messages/questions to the classroom / Admin are responded effectively.I highly recommend this place . Its safe and great place for the kids to learn and adopt good manners .

My son has been going here since June 2022. I’ve had my fair share of experiences from different daycare centres and I have to say that this place is truly such a great place and has been such a great experience. The educational workers are literally so thoughtful and so caring. I can even tell that through my son’s behaviours - he’s always so happy to go to daycare and see them all. The app that they use is great too - we get daily updates on what meals they had and how much of it they actually consumed, nap times, and pictures. Updates and pictures are very consistent too which is nice.I also like that they have a key fob system, it feels very safe as only parents have access to the centre. When I have grandparents pick up my children, they actually have to wait at the door for administrative staff to allow them to enter (verifying who they are).

My son likes it very much here . I tried other daycare in the neighborhood due to personal reasons but I find him sad everyday when he comes home . So I approached the management of Kindertots and they were very helpful and accommodated him again .I am able to see my son is happy again and he loves to go to the daycare everyday . Miss V , Miss Susan, Miss T , Miss Pat , Miss Becca , Miss Yolandra are his favorite educators over the years .I highly recommend this day care .

The more I praise the caregivers at kinder tots the less it is . Having tried a daycare before that didn’t work for us , kinder tots has been a blessing . Our son did not walk until 19 months and for context , he started this daycare around 17 months . They were so calm and patient with him and it’s due to the their sincere efforts (more than the physiotherapists ) that our son walked . He was a bad eater and they inculcated healthy eating habits in him . They provide us timely updates about the kids meals , naps , activities etc . The centre is clean , well kept and care givers are so kind , patient , loving and generous . We are so happy we found kinder tots .
