I definitely recommend avoiding this place. Oil has been leaking from one of our vehicles and we already had the issue diagnosed by our mechanic, but we needed to find someone who would be able to do the repair. We called this place and explained the issue and the owner told us we could drop it off the next day so he could take a look. He never quoted us for how much this diagnosis would cost, but rather made it seem that he just needed to look at the car to know what was wrong. We ended up bringing the vehicle in and we specifically mentioned to the employee that was there to make sure they called us before they did any work that would cost us because we wanted to know beforehand. Later in the day, we called the owner to see if we could pick up the vehicle and he said yes and explained that he couldn’t figure out what the problem was, all he did was wash the bottom of the vehicle and told us to drive the car around for another week and then he could tell us what was going on. Then he mentioned that we owed him $300 for this. We didn’t understand what work he had done to charge us $300. He then told us that if we didn’t pay we wouldn’t be getting our car back. When we showed up to the shop, wanting to have a discussion with him about this, the employees there had to FaceTime him and he proceed to argue with us over FaceTime. Obviously we understand that these services cost money, but he never mentioned anything beforehand and $300 seems quite excessive when no actual service was done.

Bad shop . My friend dropped his car for service. He charged too much and didn't fix the issue. He scammed my friend $2700

Great customer service! They clearly explained what service they completed and communicated before proceeding on higher cost items allowing you to feel comfortable before just seeing a final bill for payment!

The prices are way to high and there labour is at least double the hours for any work that they do compared to a respectable and honest shop. I would stay away! they care more about money and pulling a fast one on you then actual customer care.

Brought my Mercedes in to check on a clicking noise in my shifter. They told me they couldn't hear it but suggested $2800. worth of other work should be done. I agreed to one job - changing my valve cover gaskets.They went and did other work without my consent to the tune of $2200. I'm sure the mechanics work on a contract basis. So there prices are extremely high and they can't be trusted. $90.00 labor to change two license plate bulbs. They even lied to about a rad leak which didn't exist .Stay away from this place. Got my original problem fixed else where.

Highly suggest you do not go to Drive European. Had my car there for two weeks they had no comprehension of what was wrong with my car. I decided to take my car back seeing that it was going nowhere they decided to charge me $700 for changing the censor and a diagnosis. As I arrived to pick up my car I noticed a giant dent in the rear bumper which was never there, they began to show an act of disregard and lack of care. After a long argument and constantly asking to see the cameras they finally decided to pay for the damages.

Well worth the trip for a complete service, customer service and taking care of my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and give you good advice.

Great price and service. Took my GL here for alignment and oil change check over and they did a great job with the price. Glad I did the alignment

They were able to squeeze me in right away, did a great job on my Mercedes, and the price was nearly half of what I paid for my last service. For example, to replace the battery in my car key the dealership charges me $43. These guys charged me $6.30. I will definitely be coming back for my next service.

Donald and his team did a great job getting my car back to me clean and running well. They went the extra mile to make sure I got it back the same day, much appreciated.
