Dr. Mandel was amazing. He was very personable and after seeing him it was the first time in years that I had no toe pain when I walked. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Young, Kalli & team provide nothing but professionalism & exceptional care in a sensitive scenario.I am very pleased with my experience having to complete surgical nail avulsion on both my left & right big toe.I highly recommend seeking his care, he went above and beyond educating me in regards to my current state of trauma and other areas of pain. Making the over all visit pain free, reassured me I would return back to my original routine in no time.Not to mention, accommodating me in a timely matter!Cheers!

Ok so ill try and be point form and not ramble on to much.- Dr Young is a knowledgeable podiatrist with good personable patient skills. That's the positive- There orthotics service is not good. They scan you and send you on your way. No assessment of gait or anything like that. The attention to detail is poor when your spending $600. Had two pairs now through the company and both times Im not satisfied.- This place runs like an assembly line. If they book you at 4pm you will likely get in at around 5pm. They simply book to many appointments to provide on time quality service.- I considered going back recently but decided not too. Its a free market, go look for the better service provider even if I liked the doctor.

This place is out for your money and that's it. We took my son and they charged over $700 for the flimsiest orthotics". We were told we could come back in a month if they weren't working. When we called a few weeks later

I can not speak more highly of the treatment I received from Dr. Young & staff. I was seen quickly, given the correct diagnosis & treatment promptly for osteomyelitis. I also opted for bunionectomy surgery with excellent results. The clinic environment is one of teamwork & caring. Keep up the good work. Would highly recommend!!

The Foot Institute is absolutely amazing!!!!! I really didn’t give them an easy time at all; my plans over the past year and a half since my first consult with Dr. Young kept changing right up until literally my surgery date and these guys just rolled with the punches the whole way through. They were amazingly quick with all communications, super accommodating, and everyone was extremely personable which just made the experience so much better. I can’t recommend the Foot Institute and Dr. Young enough!

The doctor I saw came in from Edmonton, he was great. Knew what was happening with my foot and friendly. Told him my job is very laborious, I walk on concrete all day, use step stools, ladders, bend, crouch, kneel, etc. The orthotics I received were very comfortable, at first. Might've received 3 months of relief, if I was lucky and told easy 10-15 years they would last. So needless to say for $650-700 spent on these orthotics and get very little time out of them, left me frustrated, discouraged, unimpressed, among other things. Oh and I still need to get new orthotics and find out what else is happening with my feet, cuz with the ones I had, they helped with one issue and another issue popped up.

My experience of foot surgery with Dr. Young, Amy assisting, was excellent in every way, beginning with meeting Kalli and receiving her friendly welcome and clear direction. Amy was thorough in letting me know what to expect throughout the morning, mindful of my comfort throughout the procedure, and especially strengthening during preparation. Dr. Levitt and his assistant are probably the worst in the industry. There is no follow up after seeing me and knowing something went wrong with my surgery. His assistant was extremely rude and didn't want to acknowledge my pain at all. we are busy" and hanging up on me. I would love to have his license and her fired. Noone seems to care"
