L.H.C is without doubt, the best Motorcycle Shop there is. They offer excellent service, along with knowledgeable and professional staff. I have been there on many occasions and I have Never, had any reason to be dissatisfied. I ordered a New Chain and Sprocket from them as I thought mine wasn't looking good (I was wrong). They called and stated that my current chain was in fact in very good condition. So instead of replacing it, they took my chain off and gave it a totalclean and lubed it. They could have replaced it and charge me for that work, but instead, they called and saved me money. Now .. that's excellent customer service and .. 100% honesty.

Managed to find an FX350 at Lethbridge Honda and my husband made the trip down from Calgary to pick it up yesterday.Cary in sales made the whole process seem less and headache free. Everything was handled quickly and was ready for us when we arrived. Took the bike home and unloaded it into the garage.Extremely frustrated and upset however, as we go to the garage today to look over the bike and get it loaded up only to find a very large oil spot under the bike, and the underside of it soaked in oil. I haven't even had the bike 24 hours and already there is something wrong. Oil is leaking out at a considerable rate from the valve cover gasket. They charged us $799 for a pre delivery inspection! But they didn't make sure the bike was leak free and in working order when they signed off all of their paperwork? What was this high fee for if they didn't actually inspect the bike before handing over? I guess I should have run it on the show room floor, however, I have the trust in the process that it was all good when picking it up.Immediately today I phoned them, and they said we have to go back there and what do we expect when buying something in another city. Well, to be honest, the amount of money we spent on the bike and the amount of money spent on top of that for PDI etc, we expect to have a fully working bike with no problems.We are lucky to have a Husqvarna dealership local and hopefully they can help us out and can hopefully save us a 2+ hour drive each way and the money on fuel to do so.But right now I've forked out top dollar for a bike that I cannot ride right. I hope that Husky in Calgary can get me up and going asap so I can actually get some hours on the bike

Called in looking to get a quote on some wheels for my dirtbike - Guy on the parts counter had no clue what I was asking for. Gave him brands and quotes from Blackfoot Direct in Calgary, Was looking to spend $1000 or more on wheels today. Guy on the phone had zero interest in making the sale..

Man its just so cool looking at them bikes, I bought a shoei helmet for my moped, the original price was 700 and it was down to 400, and when I asked to fit he told me he could go down another 200, so I purchased a 700 dollar helmet for 200, and its a amazing helmet
