While Dr. Gold has always been attentive and caring, the reception staff are arrogant and rude. What they clearly don’t understand is that without patients ultimately they won’t have a job.I have chosen to never return, I will not subject myself to rude and uncaring staff.

Dr. Gold and team always put the patient first with personalized efficient care, and Stanya in the eye-glasses department is a pleasure to deal with

I had broken the frame of my glasses and called LMC Optometry Thornhill to see if I could get another frame for my lenses without having to incur the expense of new lenses. (Dr Sher is my optometrist). I spoke to Karan and she told me when to come in and see in which way they could help me. I did so and she was able to get a frame for the lenses. Unfortunately the lenses did not fit the frame properly but she phoned me and told me that at the place where this sort of work is done, there was one other frame of a different colour in which the lenses did fit. I told her to go ahead with the new frame. She emailed me to tell me that the glasses had arrived with the new frame and that I should come in to fit the glasses.At all times Karan treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness and nothing was too much. She is so good and efficient at her work and made sure that the glasses fitted me properly and did adjustments where necessary.I told her that she was an asset to the clinic and that they should be glad to have such a person working there in the front dealing with the public.

I had appointment with Dr. Sher, very professional and friendly. I was call in the office right on time.I was referred to Eye Physician and laser procedure is Done.Thank you Dr. Sher and Team.

Thanks for a great experience at the clinic last week! Dr. Di Nardo was patient, attentive, and answered my questions clearly with plain language. Stanya helped me choose the right frames, taking into account to my budget and needs; she definitely has an eye for style and matching frames to people's features.
