Facility is nice, only complaint I have is their key-box/lockbox system for iPhones. I’ve had nothing but bad luck with their software. Besides that, the service provided to the public as well as realtors is excellent.

Place is new and very nice, staff was cautious, friendly and delivered amazing service.

I am a REALTOR®, and can say this is a great place to visit. the building has an older flair to it, but it's a great place to meet REALTORs or learn about the industry.

Dealing with an Estate of a loved one is never easy, and the job is very taxing and emotionally draining to say the least. Karen Moe of Homes & Gardens Real Estate Ltd. was highly recommended to us through my husband's son because of her honesty and integrity. We were certainly not disappointed. We found Karen not only to be very professional and knowledgeable, but also very considerate and understanding. We only had a brief encounter with her and that is because she was able to procure interest in the home immediately and, within about 4 days of the house being on the market, it was sold! We are very grateful for her expertise and help. My husband and I would recommend her to anyone! They will be in good hands with Karen!

I wish your association would police your realtors to ensure they include at least above grade room dimensions in their listings. I see almost every listing without this vital information for buyers and of course the sellers, who have a keen investment in good customer service. There is little more frustrating that going through the viewing process only to find out the rooms are way too small, only because photographs today enhance the look of rooms and the listing agent has not provided the room dimensions for perspective buyers. I have wasted 3 viewings due to this and not only have this been a disservice to the seller, everyone else's time has been wasted. If it is a method to at least get traffic through your listings, you need to find a different career. I understand social distancing in todays' world but imagine, if these figures were known, there may likely be less buyers coming through the house for no reason as it did not fit their needs.
