We have visited the kingston location many of times since 2021 and Tina has been more than helpful with my husband and I. This is a big reason why we are returning customers to this location! She has been great to deal with every time and is always so helpful.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS~~~~Instead of providing the Gold Warranty you buy this business does all the can to ensure they do not have to provide service - When you call the store they tell you to report all issues with your item and then when you file the claim the company says: · Claim is denied as you are reporting many issues (3 issues) at the same time. This is called accumulation of issuesIf you would like you can still send the photos but the main reason for denying the claim is clearly outlined above. If you decide to send the photos, please send them in batches of two photos at a time.Based on what you said on the conversation, you will not be able to show the issues on the photos as most of the damages are inside the sectional.IF I COULD GIVE LESS THEN 1 STAR I WOULD

Overall a very dissatisfied customer. We purchased a full bedroom set in March and still waiting for delivery, over 2+months. Each time we call and ask we are told it will come next week. This has been ongoing for the last month. Store Manager assured us we would have the set well before May. Now she is telling us it will come next week and we are still waiting. Will never purchase another item from this company.All who plan to make a purchase from this company should proceed with extreme caution.

Terrible. Will never purchase from them again. Took long to get a couch. Use a 3rd party delivery service that is also terrible. When I asked for a refund to purchase a couch elsewhere who can actually deliver it they said all sales are final so we can’t give a refund. Waste of my time and money!

This is not a direct review of the Kingston Badboy, as I actually had a good experience buying my TV stand from them. But placed an order online afterwards for furniture that would match my TV stand and it has been the worst experience I have ever had, and I have had some doozys.Where do i even start? Three months ago on September 3rd, I placed an order for the Dorrinson coffee table and end table. After over THREE months of waiting, it arrived on December 16th, DAMAGED. I first noticed the coffee table had two big chips marks on the top when I went to put it together. At that point, I called the Kinston store to ask how to proceed with getting a replacement. They gave me the email of someone is warranty and told me to send them photos of the coffee table. I proceeded to do this. Afterwards, I opened the end table and began to put it together thinking, Both products can't possibly be damaged right?" Well

Friendly staff who are willing to work with you. Tina helped me pick out a living set for my AirBnB. Initally the furniture turned out to be a little big for my studio, but after an exchange I made it work. I was also a little nervous some of my furniture wouldn't arrive on time. But to my surprise - the custom furniture arrived early! Everything worked out and I am very happy with the service provided.Thank you!

Tina Serpa from the Kingston store is rude, ingores you when your standing in front of her and won't deal with your issue. Purchased a washer and dryer in April now May and they are unable to find the machines they said they hadin store. No delivery and wont issue a refund. Unable to talk to anyone from the company they have no phone number for manager above her. Online emailed no response for the last 3weeks worse store ever!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a washer and dryer set last summer. We immediately had issues and had a tech come look at it. He said this is just how the machines are these days and we should just buy a new one (not helpful after just spending $1,800 on the set and warranty.. that is not okay). The washing machine does not wash clothes properly, there is a residue left, they look dirtier after a wash cycle than when we put them in (then has to be washed multiple times), and it has now developed a leak that is getting worse everytime we use it and will start to damage our floor. Manufacturer has not been helpful as we live too far from town and they keep putting in requests for a tech but no luck. Now that we are out of the one year manufacturer warranty Lastman's Bad boy has refused to help us. We paid $268 for the 'solid gold warranty' which was a total waste of money and a scam. The warranty says if the same problem occurs more than 3x we should be able to exchange or get a credit. We have been patient but it is now becoming a huge inconvenience. They have shown ZERO effort to help us and customer service has been terrible considering they sold us this appliance with issues. We live 30 min from Kingston and the nearest laundromat so this is just not acceptable. DO NOT shop here!! I had a much better experience with Canadian appliance source in the past and will only go there from now on.

Do not buy anything from BadBoy Kingston… look at all the negative reviews! I bought 2 couches in January and paid cash, we were told 6weeks for the delivery. every week after the 6weeks passed, either we were at the store or on the phone with them and every times (5x to be precise) they did not met the dates they set for us, on top of that nobody called us to reschedule or apologize (we had to chase them for the next fake date).4 months later and still no couches (imagine if it was a bed) always an excuse … covid, warehouse, it’s raining outside, they do not care at all. Today I went in the store and talk with Tina “the manager” , explained the situation and told her that if i was to leave the store without my money i would call a lawyer and the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery , then she jumped on the phone trying to “fix” the issue and after 30minutes of wasting everyone’s time i asked her what is the plan? She was trying to get me another date with couches from another store again?! I refused since they already tried that 5x (who would trust them again?) she told me i could get in store credit!!! Really ? To order something else and wait another 4 months… no thank you. She said well i guess you will have to call a lawyer.The Ministry of Public and Business Services was contacted and now tracking the issue and will be contacting BadBoy if the issue is not resolved , i am also contacting a lawyer in the morning , they will learn what not to do with customers ,not only i am going for the cost of the couches i am also going for the lawyer’s fees and everything else i can get for lies and the months they wasted. I love their ad…but for accuracy purposes they should change it to: Who can beat BadBoy?Everybody!Cant wait to read their reply on here, it will be something along those lines: Stef we are sorry to hear that, we take pride in our work (really? The reviews tells otherwise! )please email us at nooobody blah blah blah …. How about you guys reach me before the lawyer reaches you?! Purchased a new washer/dryer on March 16,2023. We were told 4-6 weeks delivery time(of course payment comes on credit card instantaneously). It has now been 10 weeks and have contacted the store several times and each time there is a different excuse why they have not been received yet. I would recommend staying away from this place as we will never purchase another item from hereUpdate: customer support asked me to email information of sale and they would investigate. But just like local customer service I have not received any reply or answers. I can't believe this business still exists with this kind of customer serviceUpdate: it has almost been 3 months now and still nothing received or no reply from customer support after sending requested information from sale, such a joke to even call your department customer support when you don't even reply to sent email!!
