Absolutely amazing experience wonderful doctor

Highly recommend, first class treatment!

Disgusting experience at Dr.Chins office. My girlfriend was sent in for an appt from the HSC and we waited for almost 2 hours without an update. The HCA went up to ask how much longer do they think and the receptionist just ignored her. We waited patiently until the pain started coming back (my gf was stabbed in the chest and hit in the face two days prior so she was sent there to check her eye) then we had to call 911 because her pin was worsening. When asked the receptionist to call 911 they didn’t jump. When asked questions by the HCA with us, they IGNORED her straight up! So I said “why aren’t you answering her?!” She said “idk” holding her purse in a rush to leave. So I said “well say that then! That’s so rude and unprofessional, we are patients at the hospital and were here for almost two hours! We should have been prioritized.“ I hope no one ever has to experience such rude people and such a disgusting unacceptable unprofessional environment.
