Came for all you can eat wings, which were great! Service was not the best. Waiter took over 25 minutes for 2 drinks. Would not clean the table as he went or offer water. It was a Thursday evening so was not busy at all which was disappointing with the service we were given. Our server was a male, dark hair!

The server Sunny and Brandy was really nice, well groomed and was able to coordinate with each other really well. Right after entering the restaurant, we were greeted and the manager also checked on us twice and suggested us the best drink and food with complete knowledge. it was one of the best experience i had seen in this city so far. The manager sunny was also going with the flow as well as the servers with the best skills

We were greeted warmly. Seated promptly.drink orde was fast and efficient. Appetizer came outpiping hot. Deep fried pickles. Very tasty. But no where near enough dip. And extra cost $1 for a tiny packet.Main meal came out promptly. Quesadila was tasty. Fries were kinda limp and sad. Gravy was good.Beef dip was good.Now. The service. We were asked by 2 seperate servers how our meal was, so many times, i got whiplash.Over all. Will go again

Loved my All Canadian Burger. The burger patty was surprisingly flavourful much to my delight! Fries are fresh and a great portion size (gravy and delicious dill dip to accompany).As far as bang for your buck - St.Louis has beat out similar chains in Grande Prairie! Would recommend for a relaxed dinner out and a drink.

I was impressed for my first time. The BBQ ribs are the real winner here. Surprisingly it wasn't the wings like the sign outside implied. But the service was great, the game was on the TV and the BBQ sauce is on point.Now for questions. What's their coleslaw taste like? Or their ridiculously tasty BBQ Aioli? Not sure, wasn't on the plates, just in the menu description.How much are drinks? Not sure again, the menu says it varies by region. Although I'm slightly interested in how much they pay in Ontario, I'm really only focused on the region we're in now. The poor server that has to remember the price of everything. A price that apparently changes so much, it is not worth putting in print. Weird but only mildly concerning in the grand scheme of things.

I went in today at 615 with my three children. I ordered three waters and a drink for myself fromOur server Brandy. It took 25 minutes before the drinks even reached our table. At that time we ordered three kids meal and a half garden salad after waiting almost an hike for our food I asked Brandy if it was going to be much longer. She said the kitchen was backed up and she would send out complimentary fries because she could see the kids were starving.The manager brought the food out 15 minutes later. At that time I told him my sons fries were cold, my salad was a half order not full and my daughters burger was burnt plus there was no mustard on it. He took the burger and said he would have it remade.When Brandy bought my daughters burger out I asked for the mustard. She came back and said sorry they only had honey mustard. I said it’s okay she won’t eat it now you can just take it off the bill.The manager came over and told me they are a Toronto based franchise and carry no mustard and I should read the menu before placing orders. He said this one time he would take it off. I pointed out that a man was standing at the counter for 15 minutes and not one person greeted him. He told me not to tell him how to do his job and told meIn front of my 8 year old I was blackListed. .That place is a joke and management is awful. Brandy was sweet and the drink was delicious.

Waitresses stood around the bar on their phones, while we could hear the cooks in the back ringing the bell to get the food. The bell kept ringing.Our food was cold. We ordered tacos and the it disappointing. They offered to re make our tacos. By this time we were just hungry and wanted to eat. Only hot food we got was out appetizers. The drinks were okay. The service was mediocre at best. They didn't offer to put a discount on the bill. We will definitely NOT go back. Oh and the portion sizes of the appetizers where SMALL and over priced. Do better St. Louis. We would've been happier at McDonald's where the food is at least hot when we get it.
