I haven't used them as a dry cleaner, but I've taken countless pairs of jeans in for repair. The repairs are excellent! The stitching is barely noticeably, and she makes sure there is more than enough fabric to cover the area. I've had others put in tiny strips, and very quickly, the pants rip around that strip. Prices are also very good. Always friendly!

I have been using prestige for alterations with success. So I decided to take a dress I had bought online (for my wedding!) there for alterations. It ended up needing a lot of work, and the lady who helped me did a great job on it.The alterations were not noticeable at all. She was very honest and worked really hard on it

I had a very long dress shortened to floor length. It was over a foot of fabric off - she did a really good job of it, it was professional and looked like it was made that way. However, it was expensive ($70) which was almost half the cost of the dress, but I think that was due to a lot of material and a complex stitch to keep it discreet.

Sent my beige blazer in to be dry cleaned, I had a tiny stain on it. When I got the blazer back the tiny stain removed but there were gray stains on the front and back of the blazer that weren’t there when I brought it in. I never get good service here, I’m going somewhere else.

Did a great job! I took my bridesmaids dress in and got a couple of alterations done. Straps needed to be shortened, fabric needed to be taken in and the bottom needed to be hemmed. Was very pleased with the quality of work.The lady was very friendly. Quick service - I dropped my dress off on Monday and got a call that Friday saying it was done.Fairly priced - all alterations were done for $85 cash.

We've been going here for dry cleaning and tailoring since we moved to the area 4 years ago. The lady is always very nice. Service is prompt and things are ready when she says they will be. Great job every time. She shortened sleeves on a wool coat for me (cut below elbow to avoid losing the row of buttons at the ends), and it turned out fantastic even though she warned me at the time that she doesn't usually alter sleeves that way.

I have taken several items to Fresh & Prestige over the past few months and the lovely woman who owns the shop does a great job and is very kind. I had a strange bridesmaid dress experience and she completely saved the day! She is my go-to for altering and hemming.

Terrible service. I had a pair of jeans with two stains, one of which was an ice cream stain and should have been removed easily. They came back with absolutely no result. The stains remained. The lady asked us to pay twice, they don’t properly take records of their payments.
