It's fine.Pros:location is very good, which honestly makes me willing to forgive a lot. View from the balcony is phenomenal. Good soundproofing, so no conflicts with neighbors, and everyone I've met has been very kind! Close to a bus stop.Cons:absolutely no accessibility features at all. The doors are heavy and difficult to maneuver when my wrist pain acts up, and my neighbour with a walker requires help to get through the doorsThe fire alarm goes off unexpectedly about 10 times a year, more or less. Very frustrating, especially when it goes off at 2am. Most don't evacuate anymore.Washing machines and dryers are shared. In 2020, it was $4 a load, each load was about half the size of a normal load, and it destroyed some of my clothes when on the normal" setting. I now go elsewhere for laundry

Fantastic building!

A true nightmare!Very poor Board of Director: they act as dictators!No privacy: they go to your unit without notice all the time.Very poorly maintained building: it now requires millions in repairs! Guess who needs to pay?Very bad investment.

Lived here for 5 years. Great place, great location and good communication from the new management staff. Many updates have been done, making it a desirable place to live or invest in, in my opinion.

Good place to live and fantastic location. The building is undergoing many upgrades. Very affordable place to live.
