I live alone, have strong vertigo spells/attacks which are now causing more concern for my safety so I clicked on the Pulse Medical Alert ad and within a short time was speaking with Andrew Jackson. Informative, answered my specific questions and I felt assured that the alert product and monthly services will fill my needs. By the time Andrew called me back as requested, I was ready to commit my medical to getting their alert program and not once did I feel I was being pushed to reach my decision.Respected and valued for who I am and what service I felt I needed. The phone call I received from Justin was very pleasant and he took his time and answered all of my questions in a very pleasant and patient way. He was very friendly and not aggressive. Explained in detail all of the information I needed to make an informed decision.

I enjoyed the peace of mind I had during my illness because I had hip disease and had fallen several times before I got the Pulse Alert system. I was home alone alot so just knowing that help would be sent immediately if I needed it, left me feeling safe.

My wife has throat cancer and had to have her voice box removed, which means she could not talk and if she fell would not be able to call for help, so we decided to get her something to be able to get help. Due to the fact that they advertise they are owned by VETERNS we thought this would be a reliable company to deal with. To my recollection there was no mention of a four year contract. If your loved one is elderly or has serious medical problems, who would take out a four year contract? In the first two month of service, she fell twice and no response from them but it did make two false alarms when she had not fallen. We notified them and told them we no longer wanted their service. We are now getting hounding letters demanding payment for the rest of the contract they say we supposedly signed. I would give them a negative rating IF I could!

I had a most delightful call from Andrew Jackson today!!!Introducing me to a product that I so desperately needed! His explainations were awesome no techi, words to make me feel less than! A very professional gentleman, very softly spoken and very easy to comprehend. Truly a wonderful experience. When I got off the phone I felt as though I had been speaking to a dear friend!!!!

I spoke to Marsha regarding your product. She was very helpful and able toanswer all my questions.Upon receiving the unit a man called and set it up with me. It was quick andeasy.Haven't had to use it yet, i suppose that's a good thing.I am pleased with the service and the unit.Thank you.

I looked into this service for my sister. She lives alone and needs a device that will give her a feeling of security and knowing someone will be there for her if she should fall. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin. He was very polite and respectful of our needs. He sounded he knew what He was talking about and I being in home care also knew what my sister needed. A great company! I really believe in the Pulse life safety fall alert devices. The biggest thing is the peace of mind just by having the device and knowing that help is immediately on the way if there is any emergency. It is so great to Support a Canadian and Veteran owned company!God Bless you!

I signed up, with Andrew Jackson today for my Pulse Medical Alert aid.He was very knowledgeable, and helpful to me. He had a pleasant mannerism. He talked about the aid, and how it worked, he also spoke about the different features you could have.
