We were disappointed to lose out on a house that was renovated by Van Manna homes, it was so close to everything we had been looking for. However, shortly after we got the unique opportunity to work on a custom renovation with them to create our new home. We were impressed by their vision in their renovations. They don't just put on a little paint and call it an upgrade. They teardown walls, relocate kithens and create useable functional beautiful spaces. We recently purchased a fully renovated Van Manna home. The quality, attention to detail and thought that went into renovating this home is truly amazing. They do fantastic work and their customer service after the fact is second to none! We had a couple small issues that they had no problem coming and taking care of for us! This is our second time using Van Manna homes for renovation. Each time they have exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed on the time line that was provided and done to perfection. If I ever had questions or concerns about anything, emails were responded promptly. We worked with Van Manna Homes on our recent home renovation. They redid our basement, roof, eaves troughs, and also did some concrete work on the side of our home. We only have good things to say about our experience. Everyone was responsive, helpful and informative. Jenn did a great job of keeping us in the loop during our build and communicating schedule updates and changes. She was also very helpful in the selections process to ensure we were happy with what we picked! Mike and the entire construction team were always on time, tidy, and left our home in great shape. Jason and his team at Van Manna Homes completed a large renovation at my house last year and I cannot say enough about their quality and service. Not only did they complete everything AHEAD of schedule and UNDER budget, but they did so without impacting our ability to live in the house during this major renovation.
