Receptionists have gotten worse over the years. The only nurse practitioner that everyone sees has since retired and honestly, do not bother going to this location anymore. They do not care about you. There’s another unison location and Keele and Rogers, receptionists are kinder and more empathetic with patients. You get treated like a person. If you can, go to a walk in clinic instead. They put you on hold for an hour and then drop the call when you’re just trying to make an appointment. 0 stars if I could.

I’m rating the Labour of Love pregnancy program: It was a great blessing for our lives, the staff is really lovely, helpful and friendly. They were a big help during my pregnancy, it’s a shame that now that I have my baby, won’t be able to attend the classes!

I have been calling at 8:30 sharp this week for an appointment with my family Doctor. The receptionist Alice" has been very rude to me and my family. she said that there is no appointment available ??? This is not the UNISON I know for the past 27 years. We are supposed to be treated with respect and not screaming in the phone.The staff at Unison has been friendly and nice. I think Alice need some training in how to treat clients."

Been calling for the past 2 months about my 2yr old and kept getting told they couldn't do anything or give anything.. When I finally got fed up cause I realised no matter how much I called getting my 2 yr to actually see someone here is pointless, so I took her to a different doctor's.. Turned out she actually had an ear infection. She's been suffering because the people at Unison are so negligent. Why even have this place open if you aren't going to see patients. HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIAGNOSIS OVER THE PHONE? Yall should feel ashamed of yourselves. Someone should sue yall for the way neglect your patients.

The best nurse practitioner left, since her departure this is a very horrible place for health services, if one’s not strong enough after dealing with some of the employees at this place can retruamatize you.., degrade you and make you feel worthless, do yourselves a favour find someplace else…

Dr. Jaspreet Grewal doesn’t care about his patient . If you’re looking for an early death just book an appointment with him. Thank god majority of my family members are in medical field because we were able to review those inaccurate prescriptions

I was in this location 2 times.They are clean.service overall is ok. The follow up visit seems good to me.My problem was their guest wifi.Nobody knows what the password is and no manager or supervisor was available to talk. It seems to me they don't care at the time about this thing. I hope I can get the manager attention to mount wifi password somewhere in waiting area. I wish them lock in their journey.

The admin staff have 0 respect and care for anyone's health. They seem to not understand what it means to need to see a doctor immediately. Not everyone can go to the emergency for medical attention. The number of times I've called them 2 minutes after opening and not been able to get an appointment is appalling.There seem to also be a large number of incompetent nurses. I've had a nurse google when I asked her what she would prescribe or recommend.

I think there are already several negative comments about the receptionists. And I share my opinion. Some of them have no respect for people's health. They don't bother to find out. Do you think you have the power to play with people's health? No professional ethics. They should train them before putting them in public office.
