They were great. Took time to explain the different methods. The staff was polite. I really liked the worker when the car was ready and he came in to give the key in, he took time to acknowledge me, smile and said have a good day. Their work was fast and efficient

Did not get my car treated by them. 5 mins on the phone with them gave me a great understanding of how they treat people which in turn leads me to belive that they treat cars just as well". Doesn't matter if you treat cars from John Scotti & I have a lil old Camry

Good honest evaluation and treatment.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a while!Bought a coupon on Tuango for a treatment. Called them to schedule and appointment and I was told it’s only available weekdays until 5pm. Which is fine, it was written in the fine print. But people also have to work until 5pm which means you have to take time out of work.Asked if they are open on the weekend, which they are, and he tells me that they do not accept the promotional coupons on weekends. I asked him if it can be used as a cash value and I’ll pay the difference (which shows that I am tying to make the best out of this situation and trying to compromise by paying extra). He starts telling me how this promo is already costing him money because they pay Tuango for it and he has to pay people extra on the weekend. Which is completely irrelevant for me as a customer. I asked a simple question. And customers have to take hours out of their day to use the service which takes the last appointment at 4:30pm...All that to say that the way they treat their customers on the phone already shows how it will be at the shop. Never going to use this location.
