He came out to my home, met with me to discuss my concerns, went up on the roof to inspect, took some pictures and came down to share his observations, answer my questions and offer his opinion about the condition of my roof. Amazing. Everything about our experience with advanced level homes was seamless and stress free. We had a roof leak, so Will prioritized our home and was very responsive throughout the whole process.Honestly, I now understand the 5 start reviews. They really went above and beyond. Will and his team were respectful, kind and skilled. The team made sure everything was clean during and after the project, and even triple checked for nails.I recommended advanced level homes to a family member, and I'll continue to use their services in the future.

Did the roof on my rental property in Windsor. Even though I wasn't there they communicated with me the entire project and provided me with before and after photos. Crew was also very friendly to my tenants, would highly recommend using these guys for your projects.

Very professional, crew are always on time, and very courteous. They really take their time to work on your roof. Any of the crew will help you and answer your concern or question.They clean-up every after shift and tarp the ground before the start of shift.Will(the owner) is always available for any question.
