Alif has been my plumber for ~5 years. Always great service. Very responsive by email and text. They go the extra mile to come right away and assess/fix the issue. Use him for everything now - furnace, water heater, kitchen plumbing, fireplace. Estimates and pricing extremely fair. Just recently rebuilt my furnace - not a fun job for anyone (myself included). With anyone else this would have been a total nightmare. What can I say? I recommend Perfection Pluming to everyone!

Called these gentlemen out to take a look at a 1950's drain pipe issue at a rental property that I own. There was a wild tangle of pipes that handled a sink and washer and it was a bit of a DYI job that needed replacing. Long story short, the guys quoted the job, showed up when they said they would and got the job done and were friendly with my tenant. Good job guys.

My husband is a handy man and usually like to stay away from plumbers or electricians becasue of some bad past experinces but I must say that Perfection plumbing is different and very helpful. Alif make sure that everything is good and if there is something wrong then he wont hasitate to give that problem his 1st priority until it get fixed:)

I've used Perfection Plumbing on both my personal home and in client's homes and they have been great. They understand what needs to be done and are helpful and upfront. They were very responsive to what and when we needed things and we use them again and again on our projects.

I trust this company operated by Alif Babul before as all other reviewers. But recent experience completely changed my mind. Not only his work quality is bad, the parts he used are bad, the method he used is not for a professional, the most importantly, he doesn't honour the warranty he made and he won't fix the mess he left. I have a bathroom shower tub valve rough in work done by Alif, he used shark-bite fitting to transfer copper to plastic (you don't need plumbers if you choose to use this), all ell and straight fitting are of plastic, when this bathroom start to be used, water leaked everywhere from second floor to basement. Finally we found the problem is from bad weld on valve outlet to spout. After I send him a picture showing leaked weld and ask him to fix it, not even bothering to come and have a look, he professionally define this is not his problem and not a warranty issue , and will charge me for fixing the mess he left. This plumber deserve 0" rating. Good luck if you decide to choose him."
