Really appreciated Erfans’s professionalism and patience. Alone in the store by himself, multiple clients at once, needing a variety of different services and he went above and beyond for everyone. Fair to say everyone left the store happy, would be happy to come back and ask for him again!

Great customer service today when setting up a new number and data plan for my daughter. Danielle was very polite and helpful to me today.

I wanted to let everyone know how helpful Erfan and Danielle at the store were and how empathetic they were to my situation. I cracked the screen on my phone and was having trouble transferring some pictures and data that was extremely important to me. I literally came into the store completely stressed out after getting bad advice and poor customer service from other places. Danielle was extremely empathetic and helpful to get the ball rolling and get my situation resolved and I am very thankful for that. Erfan took it from there and displayed some of the best and easy going customer service I have ever seen, all the while multi tasking and pleasing other customers. He restored everything dear to me all the while putting a smile on my face. Danielle and Erfan, thank you very much and I recommend this store highly to anyone in search of a new phone or fabulous customer service.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Erfan when I was getting my new phone setup. He helped me setup a new account and set my new phone up before I left.
