Good selection of product at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly, and try to help to the best of their abilities.However I was baffled when I asked for BT (bacillus thuringiensis, one of if not the most commonly used biological insecticide(s) on earth) and was told that A. It wasn’t carried and B. The counter staff did not even know what it was - I was then directed to pyrethrum based insecticidal soap, which I’d prefer to avoid spraying on flowering cannabis. Perhaps I’m overly enthusiastic about my hobby, but I figured that BT’s use as a caterpillar killer was common knowledge.

First time shopping here. I went in to pick up an order I placed online yesterday. The guy who helped me was really friendly - greeted me right away, asked if I needed a hand with the door when I was leaving. I will definitely shop here again and reccomend it to friends and family. Good prices on the items I bought too!

Their customer service in this store is awesome. I discovered them online while trying to purchase felt grow bags for my bell pepper seedlings. The products I found on Amazon would take about 3 weeks or more to be delivered to me. I then went ahead & ordered worm castings, kelp, glacial rock dust & alfalfa. A few of the items were sold out, I was immediately informed & asked if I would give them a little time to source them and within a day I got everything I needed.

Always happy to shop here for all my grow supplies. They stay pretty up to date on the latest tech and are not afraid to help out and give great advice. Shawnlyn is awesome to deal with, laid back but will always steer you in the right direction. She deserves a nod and some respect. They've been around awhile for a reason folks. Let's continue supporting small businesses and not only keep them around, but help them keep succeeding and expanding!

Can't speak to the quality of the in-store experience, but the mail order service is less than stellar. What you pay when you place the order should be what you pay. Adding additional shipping charges after a sale is made is misleading. I'm sure if the inventory was up to date and the shipping charges were accurate, my review would have been much higher. I'm only giving a second star due to the fact the person I spoke with seemed friendly.

Always a great experience. The new layout is nice, kind of miss the plants growing inside, but totally get why they switched things up. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Best specialized grow store in the city, hands down.

Always such a great experience at this store. I read some negative things about the blonde lady who works there and I don't think you could be more wrong! She knows her stuff, and always goes above and beyond to help any customer I've seen in there. The other guys at the front seem a little new but she is a seasoned grower obviously and shares her knowledge willingly. Instead of having hurt feelings you would have been better to listen up. Love to the south store!

Second time at the store. Never coming back again. Thanks to shayleen the women who was helping me. Read all the negative reviews about this miserable old lady. I've never met someone so rude in my entire life. Im not big on reviews but this is much needed. I hope upper management looks at all the negative reviews she is producing. Thanks to her, I will not return to this store every again. Ill go ahead and take my business down the road to quick grow where they are actually decent people.
