Rob from BC E-bike came out to one of our events in Nanaimo and brought four of the coolest, slickest e-bikes we've ever seen, all so folks with partial disabilities and family/friends could try out a new way of cycling. How wonderful it is to experience hands down the best professional, patient, fun and caring customer service from every employee! Chris, your enthusiasm and attention to detail made me a confidant rider before, during and after the demo ride. First time e-bike owners with too many questions to list and this team nailed them all! Patience galore to ensure we were on the right bikes and with the right accessories with absolutely no pressure sales pitch! We don't have a rack yet, but Rob and Chris made sure our new Rook's were secure in the box. We have had so much fun on these bikes and can't wait to see where they take us!

So appreciated the engaged, gentle and supportive service we recieved - two days in a row, from two different staff. I went in for a booked demo, and was patiently taken through the functioning and had a test ride of several km. When I realized the quality and service from the shop, I arranged for a second demo with my wife. She has an ebike that is not meeting her needs. Sure enough, next day the process was repeated with a second staff member, and the care and attention was consistent. These folks genuinely want to help introduce new people into the world of ebikes.We ended up buying the Surface604 Werk for me (6'5

This was my 4th e-bike purchase and I can say hands down it was an Exceptional Experience!! 10++++ Wow!!!! We were given a 2 hr. private in-service, as well as bike test ride and in depth lesson with regards to the particular bike we wanted to buy. We could have ridden more bikes but chose not to. I’ve never learned so much and was absolutely impressed with the detail, care, integrity and kindness we were shown!! At BC e-bike these folks love what they do and they truly care!! They will even fix your bike if you didn’t buy it there!!! I’ve never experienced such absolutely OUTSTANDING service and I’ve been buying and ridding bikes my whole life.Thank you so very much everyone at BC e-bikes and especially Saari and Rob Hanna! I had an amazing experience with my service today at BCebike . I brought my bike in for a chain repair and also a full service check and adjustments . Chris was Very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was also quite eager to show me a good way to clean and lube the chain on my bike after only asking about what chain lube to buy.Chris also suggested and installed a comfort seat and suspension seat post along with a bar end mirror . His knowledge and advice was more than awesome. He then showed me some other helpful parts and accessories.I went for a ride along the parkway trail and when I got home I was still able to sit down after riding on my new seat , I am very pleased with the purchase!I had read that BCebike was a great place to service a bike and they lived up to my expectations.I chose to support local with my parts purchases even though I could save a few bucks online ,we have to support our local business and I am happy to do so . Thanks guys !!

What a store shop I had a complicated problem. Rob ordered the parts. I ordered a new eBike to replace this bike. I got 11,000 km on this bike. that’s a lot brand new bike. Rob assembled today and problems they are dealer. Apparently cadence sensor issue if that doesn’t work sending back for full credit. Put parts in old bike ordered on the road if new part doesn’t work will get a bike from them. What an awesome team. Thanks you guys your the best
