This is a followup to my previous posts. Although I still feel that I was misled on the extended warranty that I purchased, I finally was contacted by a very nice lady, A***r, who offered me a comprise of a new bed at a substantial discount. This I accepted and the new bed was delivered and installed in short order. I appreciate A***r reaching out to me, and the issue is now behind us.I posted the following almost 2 weeks ago. Sleep Country replied, showing concern and requested details of my problem. This was immediately emailed to them. In the subsequent 2 weeks and after 2 calls and left messages, there has been ZERO response from Sleep Country. Their actions speak louder than words. They are not interested in responding to customer issues. Be very careful if you are considering buying extended warranty at Sleep Country. or for that matter shopping there period.The following posted on 8 July, 20225 years ago we bought 2 Twin XL Spald Siesta adjustable beds with a 10 year Lifestyle Base warranty. Total cost >$5,000. Last November the adjusting mechanism failed on one bed and was eventually replaced after protracted calls. Then immediately after replacement, the weld holding the bracket that engages in the adjusting mechanism failed. Zucora Home, who handles warranty for Sleep Country, under instructions from Sleep Country, refused to correct the problem, saying warranty does not cover the frame (as you can see in photo there is nothing wrong with the frame). So basically we bought an extended warranty, i.e. Lifestyle Base Warranty,that only covered part of the bed, viz the adjusting mechanism only. This we would never have done if this was explained to us at time of purchase. So we're done with Sleep Country. I now shop at Wayfair where we get exceptionally good service and any issues addressed promptly.

I went to the Kitsilano store several times to choose a new mattress, and Elena and Joshua were amazing. They were warm and friendly (and not intrusive). With their extensive knowledge of their products, good humour, patience, and efficiency, I was able to purchase a much needed mattress and bedding.

My wife and I stopped by the Broadway and Blenheim location to get an idea of what we wanted. Our sales person, Sunday, was amazing. She answered all our questions and gave us a number of options. Afterwards what I appreciated the most was she left us alone and let my wife and I discuss and try those options. We did not feel pressured nor did she hover over us to make us uncomfortable. She gave us the proper space and time to make our decision on our own terms. We love our mattress! Thank you Sleep Country and thank you Sunday for being an amazing sales person.

My daughter and I have shopped here several times and always received top-notch service. 5 stars.

We went into Sleep Country a few months ago to quickly browse mattresses for our new apartment. We ended up meeting Jeremy, who guided us through each type of mattress, determining options that would work best for us and allowing us test each one. After filtering the options based on his suggestions and our responses we eventually found one that suited us best at our price point. Despite not intending to purchase a mattress that very day, Jeremy had been such an incredible help we ended up doing just that. Everything was clearly explained, we never felt rushed and we had our new mattress delivered shortly after. As a bonus, everything thing was very COVID safe with paper sheets to lie on while testing each mattress.Fast-forward three months and unfortunately I had been experiencing some back ache with the new mattress, despite waiting some time to adjust to it. I was disappointed as it felt perfect lying on it, but not after a full nights sleep. We ended up returning to Sleep Country and speaking to Jeremy again, who understood the problem I was having and suggested some alternatives, including a mattress topper or alternative mattresses we could exchange for. After another round of even more thorough testing (this time with some incredible pillows we also ended up purchasing), I finally decided to upgrade to a memory foam mattress for the improved support. Jeremy once again helped us get the best possible price for everything.I would absolutely recommend Sleep Country and Jeremy if you’re looking for a new mattress. There may be cheaper options elsewhere but their expertise, guidance and flexibility ensured that we were able to find the right mattress for us (eventually!).

I had a great experience when I got my mattress at this store almost ten years ago and again when I bought my mattress last week.When I called, Joshua was very informative and patient in giving me a run down of particular mattress options. When I came to the store, Jeremy really me helped make a decision I was very happy with. He gave me the time and space to try as many mattresses as I wanted for as long as I wanted (let's face it, you're going to spend a lot of hours in bed, you wanna make the right decision), and also politely checked in in case I had questions. Once I found the winner, Jeremy took the time to help me find the pillows that would work best for me with that mattress.Excellent care and attention, never rushed me, and very informative.

Amazing experience. I went to this location today to buy a new mattress. Being a student, I have a limited budget and the sales person was super kind and understanding of the situation. She showed me different options and we could finally find the perfect mattress for me. I am beyond grateful for her service and kindness. Thank you!

Excellent service and very professional! Jeremy had helped us found our dream mattress. He is highly knowledgeable and makes suggestions based on his expertise, not pushing for a sale. We really appreciate his patience, which made our purchase experience very satisfying.

Four and a half stars - never give five as always room for improvement!Gustavo looked after us very well and we’re happy and pleased with the Kingsdown mattress he sold us a month ago. There’s a big choice in the store - it was hard to choose.
