Pacific Brimm Cafe and Catering
No problem with wait time here. Service was fast and friendly. Simple bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, and coffee. But ALL the ingredients were top-notch and perfectly prepared. Nice seating outside. This is a great place for breakfast. Loved it.(What's with all the women driving SUV's like they're Jeff Gordon up this street? Don't you have speed limits in Parksville?)

Arrived at 1.40pm (cafe closed at 3pm) and were told that we had arrived just in time for final order. All good, we ordered and sat down; clearly we did not understand that this actually meant 'we want to head early so please don't order.' At 2.15 the music was turned off. By 2.20, the staff were loudly sighing that they 'cant wait to go home' 'so excited to go home', looking in our direction as they did. At 2.45, they turned the lights off while we were still sat at the table. I see why they want you to tip when you order, before you've had any interaction. Our sincerest apologies for inconveniencing you with our business, we'll be sure to never do so again.

Staff not very friendly. I experienced when asked for a cafe mocha. Told the server it was 1/2 coffee and 1!2 hot chocolate. She said they don't have it. I had to order a speciality drink' that was 1/2 coffee and 1/2 hot chocolate. Server only filled filled to 1/2. Asked to have the cup filled to the top with coffee. Server reluctantly filled. Once we were finally finished with the attitude and inexperience we were able to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. We 'coffee shop' all over North America and possess the expertise to assess poor to exceptional. Staff rating is poor. Coffee quality fair. Ambiance is good with the exception of the cold air coming in whenever the door is opened. No wonder the patrons were grouped in the middle and not on the extremities of the eating area."

The wait times a bit long, but if you get the pancakes or breakfast bowls! The French toast is pretty good, and while the waffle tasted decent, it was probably the least memorable.

Cluttered, dusty space. Latte was ok, but the service was really bizarre. All young teen girls in belly shirts that treat the space like their living room.

Amazingly quaint place. Felt like I was sitting in my grandmother's drawing room with mismatched chairs and odd knickknacks. Yet there was an underlying unity in the comfort of the place.Food was a bit underwhelming. And when I asked for what where what I thought was standard fare was told I needed to ask. It was promptly provided (and was delicious) Clearly I wasn't a regular and that was what was required.I would go again but this time I would ask a few more questions.

Great and delicate cafe with patio seats. Good service at a super reasonable price! Can't forget the moment I sat in the beautiful sunshine table had a lovely breakfast. It's my favourite！

It is a cafe in the main market area of Parksville. We went there for breakfast. It is a typical local cafe of Vancouver island and gives you excellent choices of breakfast and drinks. Try their pancakes and milkshakes! Please visit local cafes and support them as much as you can on your trip!

Pacific Brimm Cafe and Catering
Great coffee shop in town serving their coffee beans roasted in house with lots of seating inside and a great secluded outdoor patio at the back.Their coffee blends tend to be more of a dark roast. They will brew any espresso beverages which is best enjoyed with any treat from their large selection of pastries and bakeries.
