DMK Roofing and Waterproofing

We had the roof of our mobile home done by Kenny Butt and his team and could not be more pleased with the quality of the work done. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the surrounding area was kept clean with no damage done to any of the surrounding gardens and trees. I would recommend DMK roofing to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired. They are honest, dependable and hard working!! Because our mobile home is so old, and because of the quality of the work done, we often comment that it is likely the roof that keeps it from falling apart. Having a water leak from one's roof into one's house, particularly from a flat roof,especially on a long weekend, is a daunting experience, but I was very fortunate to have contacted DMK Roofing and Water Proofing. They were prompt in providing an initial consultation, and then arriving promptly early the next morning to carry out the needed repairs- in this case a new roof drain seal.Not only was the work carried out expertly, and looked professional, but it was a particular pleasure dealing with Mandi, Kenny and there crew -they are polite, friendly, and very accommodating. My wife and I felt very comfortable with them, and they were quick to recommend and speak to someone by phone to look into a separate main drain problem which had become evident. Extremely happy with the total roof replacement DMK Roofing and Waterproofing completed on my older mobile home (with additions) which has a flat roof. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them, especially those with a flat roof. I sought quotes from several companies and DMK was the most reasonably priced and I am confident that I got better workmanship than any other company I considered.Kenny kindly kept me updated with any development, progress and final product photos, and when they found rotting wood beneath the old roof they even went so far as to take parts of the siding on the walls of my home off to ensure ALL the rotting wood was replaced - this really spoke to the quality of workmanship they hold themselves to as they could have just as easily replaced what was visible, left the rest and I would have never known the difference. They also provide a full 10 year labour and material warranty, far longer than any competitor I considered - again it speaks to the fact that they stand behind their work 100%. Would highly recommend!!!
