Absolutely love West Coast Kids in Winnipeg! This location is beautiful, with items well organized and most product on display. The customer service here is top notch - my first time visiting, Alysa spent 3 hours straight with me demonstrating every item I requested, answering all my questions and helping me choose the best items to suit us. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to email and call me with updates on orders, and will go above and beyond with anything needed. Love everyone working there.

We came here to look at car seats and strollers. We were helped by Kelly and she was outstanding. We were looking at Uppababy and she showed us features of the strollers and car seats that I hadn't seen online or even from employees at a competitor. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also was able to help us with a baby carrier and went over the features of all the different models they carry. We were very happy with our experience here and will definitely be back to make future purchases. If you have any specific questions about a product I highly recommend talking to Kelly!

We ordered a crib rail in store in April 2021. They charged us at the time of the order and then we never heard anything regarding our order and never received it. After waiting patiently for a few months we called to inquire and we were provided with they are unaware of when it will ship. We continued to wait and now 7 months later. Disappointed we called and requested a refund. We contacted through their website and their response was as stated in their policy shipping delays are out of their control. That I understand but what about charging when the item ships or at least contact your customer to provide an update. I have no idea how long this would've dragged out if we did not make contact attempts. The employee we dealt with in-store seemed quite oblivious and unconcerned. Just not a very good experience regarding their customer service!

Love WCK and this particular location is great. I have bought numerous car seats, mattresses, accessories and gear here. Most recently I bought an OXO booster seat ad the staff quickly brought it from the back and very friendly as always. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for baby and kids items. Parking at the location is tight and somewhat limited especially for larger vehicles which is the only draw back but it better than the Princess Street location.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at both the Princess and Kenaston locations. Sunshine and her team are amazing.Being my first pregnancy, I was in the store almost every weekend for a few months checking out products and putting together our registry. Each time we went in, the staff greeted us so kindly and were always incredibly helpful. Whether that be putting together and taking a part a stroller (multiple times), getting our car seat installed, helping to pick the right items to fit our family or just being a friendly face, the store associates felt like close friends by the end of my pregnancy. The staff were never pushy or “sales-y”, are all incredibly knowledgable about the products they sell and made our shopping experience fabulous. Now that our little one has arrived, we continue to shop with West Coast Kids strictly because of the fantastic customer service.

I often shop at westcoast kids and love my experiences with Jesther. Such a great atmosphere to shop at and I get overwhelmed with all the options but jesther always makes me feel confident in my choices.

It's clear that West Coast Kids' return policy is problematic, and the poor customer service I received only compounded the issue.Recently purchased a straw cup from the store but my kid was unable to drink from the cup. The sales associate I spoke with first asked if the cup had been used and suggested that my child may not be old enough to use it properly. However, my kid is 1.5 year old and has been using straw cups for about a year. it was clear that there was an issue with the product. The sales associate didn't even bother to examine the product to see if there was a problem with it. Instead, she suggested that I contact the manufacturer directly for a return.Shouldn't the store take responsibility for the products they sell and have a clear and easy return policy in place for defective items? They are passing the buck onto the manufacturer and shirking their responsibility to the customers. I would not recommend them to others and will not come back.

My wife and I came to the Kenaston location to browse and get some advise before our twins arrive. Amanda was extremely kind, welcoming and answered all of our questions with a genuine desire to help. She demonstrated the products and had great knowledge of how they work as well as their specific benefits. Thank you so much Amanda for making our visit so wonderful. We will be back to see you again!
