They were referred to me by online social media, however, I knew of this company as well. I had car shelters from prima neva. They were great. However, I needed a new tarp and many calls seemed to be unanswered. I went to their location, on a wed. 10:30 am, and they seem to be CLOSED.

Bad customer service, I gave a large deposit, after 3 weeks I was forced to go to the store in person because after 6 telephone calls which they never answered or called back. Went in person secretary on her cell phone not even acknowledging my presence. Stayed there for an hour because they couldn't find my invoice to be told once they did find it, I would need to wait another 4 weeks. As if it was my fault. They have no respect for customers, they want money without doing the job.
