Tai Charles Dr

Dr. Valerijo, Vanerjio, whatever his name is, is the worst. My first appointment was great, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, but after that... NOTHING. After going for my EEG and MRI, I was never contacted about my results. I had to call in myself and find out the results came in, and was told an appointment will be scheduled after speaking to the doctor himself. A few days goes by and nobody calls me. I take the initiative again to call and ask, and they tell me he wants to do a “conference call” in 2 MONTHS. Whether the results came back good or bad, I feel like as a patient I have the right to know my results. This whole situation is just so unprofessional on their part, I don’t understand this at all. I understand that this may have been the receptionist’s fault, but at the end of the day the neurologist(s) should be ensuring all their patients get the right treatment. Unacceptable service, and incredibly unreliable. Never go there, especially if you’re young like me; they won’t take it as seriously, and screw around with you like they have with me.

Dr. Tai is a pleasant dr., he took time explaining to my daughter & I re my Brian scan, The report was sent to my medical dr. within a week when I received the report. We are very fortunate to have such a great professional in our medical field. Thanks kindly for taking care of me. Marlina
