Kelly is amazing. The store is pretty busy. They do machine tune-ups. I'll have to haul my old machine over here soon.

Not great helping seniors set up their quilting machines, who are not computer savvy. You are left pretty much on your own and will not reimburse when you are unable to set it up. Out thousands of dollars. Seniors beware! Not made aware of no return policy or that there is no help on installation for Cape Breton clients. A senior on fixed income cannot afford to lose thousands of dollars on a unused machine in pieces in her basement.
