I have lived here in Rockwood over 8 yrs now and this is the only place I would ever trust to take care of any issues I have with my car. The owners are Terry and Amanda. They are both courteous, knowlegable and honest. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Collin at the front desk is amazing always helpful, polite, hard working and goes out of his way for the customers. They are reasonably priced and seem to go out of their way to make sure your not over charged for anything. I have never walked out of there feeling ripped off. They don't push you to have stuff done if it doesn't need it right away they tell you it's not urgent. They are super friendly and never make you feel silly for asking questions. An exceptional place to bring your vehicle for repairs!

Myself and my family have been coming here for years! I highly recommend this place to anyone willing to make the drive.The only downside is that because they are so well trusted and do such good work, they are often pretty busy / booked up.There have been plenty of times I had left valuables and cash in my car when I dropped my car off, and every time I did, nothing was ever touched.Collin, the guy that works at the front of the house and deals with all the bookings and everything is always such a pleasure to work with. He's pretty good at taking the sting out of unexpected costs.If you do need to hang around as they work, they have free wifi, water, and accessible plugs to charge your phone.Parking is on a dirt lot across the road from the shop. Avoid wearing your nice shoes when you go to drop off your car!If you just spend 30 min in the waiting area, you'll see very quickly the trust and awesome customer service they provide.

Had a wonderful experience here! Walked in to the office was greeted with a smile and felt like I was treated with respect. Terry and the guys did a great job repairing my car. They were very efficient and the prices were fair. My go to mechanics from now on for sure!

I have been taking my vehicles here for awhile. Used to bring them to the Toyota dealership in Milton but they had bad customer service and would constantly suggest fluid flushes and brake services every time I went in. Colin has excellent customer service skills and they never push any unnecessary maintenance. Would highly recommend.

went in for a simple oil change, also needed my lugs torqued. took half a day like usual. unfortunately this time around I saw that one of the mechanics made a small scratch in one of my new rims that I've only had for 2 1/2 weeks. I went back in just to let them know what had happened and I had one guy instantly deny all accusations of anyone scratching my rim, saying, we've got everything on camera

Went in for a fairly small work that required to leave my vehicle there all day. I found there pricing to be higher than anywhere else and the poor attitude and lack of customer service from Terry the owner was unreal. I will not be going back.

Started taking all of our vehicles here when we moved to the area. Can't say enough about the incredibly friendly staff - Colin, Terry, Amanda are amazing. I have been taking my car here since we moved to the area and have found the service to be wonderful! Super friendly staff, Colin is great, and they’ve always been reasonably and fairly priced as well as upfront about what issues need to be fixed and what can wait on my rather old car.
